Buddha Mama in Wiltshire

We were on the back back from the airport & we’re tired & hungry so opted for a Chinese delivery for when we got home. We specified a place to leave it if we weren’t yet home … or I thought I did. When we got home there was no Chinese, we waited & waited & then I phoned & left a message as they were closed. I thought that they had missed us as we ordered late in their working day. I was wrong. I meant to ask to leave food ON a box & actually typed IN !! My husband found the food an hour later. I’ve now left a message to apologise. The food was lovely as always, although cold which was my fault. Please use this company, they really are excellent & cannot be faulted.

Have ordered from this takeaway before. On Saturday 12/3/22 ordered takeaway as a treat and was happy to wait nearly two hours for delivery. Food on arrival was very disappointing in so far as I would say food had been cooked along time ago and left standing as slightly warm and chips were like yesterday chips reheated. It was a shame so maybe it’s time to try other takeways or collect myself. Sorry to negative but popular places go downhill as soon as they struggle to fulfil orders in timely manner. Sorry

The food here is beautiful and they have a 5 star hygiene rating. I noticed there are a few negative reviews sadly bringing their overall rating down; mostly based on bad customer service rather than the quality of the food.I agree that one particular member of staff has a bad phone manner, we have taken to ordering on the website instead, which is pretty seamless. All in all a great takeaway but some work needed on customer service, perhaps it would help if they replied to some of the negative feedback.

Combo boxes are a great idea. The food is fresh, hot, and flavoursome. Usually a lot quicker than the estimated time given on the order

This place is bangin'! Always arrives on time and cooked really nicely. Spare ribs fall off the bone, crispy spring rolls, really tasty Singapore noodles. Great to have locally, as Chinese takeaways can be a bit hit or miss around here!

Ordered the food and within 15 mins I recieved a call that the food was ready (too quick for it all to be cooked fresh!)The salt and pepper box was a small portion and the chicken did not seem freshly cooked. The egg fried rice was bland. The special chowmein had very little meat abd the quality was poor. The curry sauce was sweet rather than spicy.I would never order from there again. It is overpriced and very poor quality.

The takeaway was awesome.Great flavours.Generous portions. And hot..We were prepared to be disappointed..but we thoroughly enjoyed everything..So nice to have a really great takeaway on our doorstep..Keep up the great food!

Consistently the best Chinese I've had after several orders. Vegetables are crunchy and identifiable. Ingredients/flavours taste fresh and real (no funky chemical/artificial tastes). Absolutely worth paying a bit more for quality.

Best Chinese food for years. Crispy chilli beef was still crispy, beef with straw mushrooms delicious as was the chicken satay. All still hot when it arrived about 4 miles away. Going to be the regular go to takeaway. Thanks, fantastic service and food.

Passed by the neighborhood one day by chance and tried the take away to cure my homesick. It was out of expectation, the food was tasty and warm, reminded me the taste of my home dishes. Also with the reasonable price, here is one of the best takeaway I‘ve had.
