Burger King in Wiltshire

The whopper meal was flavourless, it just didn’t have that normal flame grilled taste. Felt horrible after eating.

Been so many times but this is the worst burger king ever, this is certainly my last time. Even more disappointing as I've worked in a decent burger king with good management in the past and can see how big a disaster this place isOne girl there in the back is OK, has a smile atleast there but in general:Staff poorly trained, no urgency whatsoever out front which leads to everything wrong with this place.Everything takes so long due to the lack of a process. Everything done last minute out front which leads to a load of delays and the kitchen table is the slowest I've ever seen.Drinks and fries only prepared at the very end of each order, only dealing with one order at a time, never multiple order preparation out front. No one has a clue how to actually serve up fries quickly with the bagging tool, down to poor training. The fact that the kitchen table is so slow then means all the fries get stone cold also while out front they stand around wondering what to do. They should go watch KFC swindon next to the shell station close to the m4 roundabout to see how its meant to be done, how fries servings are all dealt with at once and done quickly and confidently.Most of the staff here have no interest in providing a service to the customer. Terrible attitude throughout the place. No apology when things constantly go wrong, mostly for me, stone cold fries or seeing them find out after already 10 mins there is no chicken nuggets left for my kid so we have to wait even longer while they get cooked up. Total disaster. Would love a chat with the restaurant manager. How can he/she not the total disaster this place is. No communication between out front and the kitchen table is a disaster here.

Advertise new Vegan nuggets on the menu. Attempted to order them to be told "No burger king does them" false advertising?

Toilets extremely dirty. Had a picnic in the car park. Not glorious whatsoever. There is also a Greggs inside however due to the lack of cleanliness we decided to get a coffee and something to eat in the M&S just over the road. Not worth a visit.

Food is normal burger king standard however if there is only 5 or even 20 people they struggle to get orders out at a decent time, feels like they could do with at least 2 more staff members. However have always been polite which counts.

A disgusting place....the customer side of the counter and seating area are never cleaned. There is food on the floor, tables, chairs and walls. They do not have a cleaning routine at all which is alarming. The toilets are disgusting...they just don't care at all at here.

I waited over an hour for a delivery ten minutes away. The food was stone cold when it arrived. My food was sat waiting for a driver for a good hour. I will never use this restaurant again. Go to regs. Burgers are better and the food is never cold.

After a long drive we stopped at burger king. We placed our order on the touch screen and didn't have to wait long for our food. When it arrived it was hot but got all the order wrong. The staff didn't smile or apologise just threw it in the bin and replaced.The toilet was dirty and smelly and what looked like urine on the foor also no soap and hand dryer didn't work.

I love burger king, most of the time! However, this particular branch can be very hit & miss....Without meaning to state the obvious, always check your order before you drive off....I've lost count how many times the simplest things are totally messed up & you open your bag to find something totally different...AND, with respect, drive there....Don't rely on just eat, etc. My last two orders was stone cold as they are now using push bikes to deliver....To be fair, given distance & the elements, its becoming more & more hit & miss!!

Not one of the better Burger Kings. Only had 2 portions of chips when ordered 4 so had to go back in and then crispy chicken had mayo when specifically asked for none....back in for another replacement. Poor!
