Welcoming and clean with friendly staff from the moment we entered the building. We had the £9.99 deal which included a burger, fries and a drink which is valid from Mon-Thu only but we’re pleased to see these were still offered on a bank holiday.Jess (our server) served our table which included 2 young children. She was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu whilst being thoughtful to the young ones.We ordered our food and drinks promptly. Drinks came quickly and food followed shortly after. It was refreshing having the option of how the burger was cooked. The meal itself was amazing. The chefs sure know how to make a burger.I would recommend to anyone, next time we come back to Salisbury, we will be coming back to you again. Thanks for a really enjoyable lunch.(If I had one negative point, the drinks are overpriced outside of the lunch deal)

Went in on a quiet lunch time. Almost didn't as was in a wheelchair and they have a step to get it. From the angle we were passing we missed the sign saying to press for assistance. Luckily we came back past it from the other direction a few minutes later! They brought out a ramp and generally the restaurant is wheelchair accessible (although chairs are quite close together in places making navigating a nightmare during busy periods I'd guess!).Burgers were absolutely stunning. Really perfectly cooked. The chicken tenders really weren't to my taste or my 7 year olds and frankly seemed quite overpriced for what we got.Chips were nice enough. Nothing special.Service was friendly and efficient.Would definitely go again for their lunch menu as ÂŁ9.99 was a great price for burger, chips and a drink. But not sure I'd want to pay full price if I'm honest.

Visited 10/05/22 for lunch. Made to feel very welcome by Chris and the team. Food and drink was ordered and served fast and the burger (The Byron) was delicious, hot, and cooked just to my liking with plenty of garnishing. A friendly and vibey atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting more regularly and ordering via Deliveroo when I don’t fancy venturing out.

Great place to get a burger. Comfortable size for smaller portion eaters. I like eating the specialty ones. Chips come crispy with ketchup and Mayo.

Went in for a meal with wife and baby. We went earlier in the evening to avoid it being too crowded and we were the only people there when we arrived. The chefs were all sat round a table gossiping and seemed inconvenienced when we walked in. We were offered a seat in a dark spot by the toilets. I requested to be by the window which they said was not possible because a high chair would be a fire risk there. When questioned the first waitress sighed and said she would make it work, moving a table for two (no one on it) back by an inch. When ordering from a different waiter, I requested to replace the ketchup and mustard in my burger with BBQ sauce. They said this was not possible on their system unless they charged us extra. Obviously this is absurd given the kitchen is ten paces away and there was no one else in the restaurant at this time.We decided to leave this pathetic establishment. The manager stood and watched the entire time. Not once did he see if he could make our experience better or even offer to hold the door open for the pushchair. He just stood gossiping with the waiting staff.By far the most shocking experience we have had in a restaurant and we have been eating out for many years both with and without a baby.I could not recommend this restaurant to anyone, as their only interest is milking their customers. No commitment to quality service, no commitment to food. Would strongly recommend trying some of the local restaurants instead which are heads and shoulders above this place.

Really good burger, but the fries seemed to be portioned up from a giant bowl under a heat lamp. Some were fresh and crispy but others tasted like they'd been sat around for a bit.

Pros: generally yummy food, friendly and fairly quick service, was able to get a loyalty card for Deliveroo riders (an appreciated goodwill gesture for those that deliver your product to the end customer)Cons: expensive (7 of us split the bill and it was £32.50, which seems a tad steep for a burger, fries, some sides and a couple of beers), onion rings and burgers fairly greasyStill an improvement on my last visit, would give it 4 stars and will visit again sometime 👍

We had lunch after 1. The chips were dry and ever so salty. I personally won’t eat the Vegan burger and cheese again. Very disappointed as we go often to Southampton and food and staff are amazing. So won’t be trying Salisbury Byron Burger again.

Me and my wife Booked a table for 17.15.Ordered two burgers that were fantastic, but by the time you finish your burger your fries get cold and they didn’t taste nice after that. The onion rings were huge but unfortunately literally dripping with oil. Staff friendly and polite, however I’m rating the food 5/10 as only actually enjoyed the burger.

Stopped in for a drink whilst waiting for the bus. Very cool with a American pop culture atmosphere, which I'm confident in my estimation being that I am in fact American. I recommend trying their house brew.
