Had breakfast at Cafe Rouge, Longleat Forest. We are a party of 7 including a toddler. Staff were great, breakfasts were fab, prices reasonable. Would definitely recommend

If I could give 0 stars I really would, terrible service from the front of house staff. Alison was especially terrible with her bad attitude. No one asked us how our meal was. The meals came out before the drinks, and two of the meals came out wrong then when we asked for them to be corrected we had to wait even longer. If you want a good meal at centre parks please don’t go here!

Food was nice, service was poor. We were served by 7 different people in an hour, and no one introduced themselves.

Just off the treats shop and what a coincidence I might add. They had a theme but hard to tell, specifically what that was. The smashed avocado with smoked salmon and mushrooms was really good. Had a nice little kick to it, my kinder style. The cappuccino was also good. Orange juice pretty tasty, standard stuff to be honest.Set up is really tight for families since they are the main target.

Food looked lovely but no one seemed to want to show us to a table...

Had food here before and was lovely, returned here a year later don't know what has happened. Most of the food tasted as if it was days old, rubbery and gross. Egg shell in the egg.Waitress was lovely and happy despite being understaffed. Unfortunately the ever expensive centre parcs prices didn't match up with the product this time.

The food was good but...Tony (waiting staff)... wow, what an absolute legend. From the second we entered he engaged with our children in a way that genuinely captivated them. He ensured that all our needs were met. He was kind, funny and went above and beyond to make sure our kids were happy. If you head to Rouge, look for the name tag... TONY!

Overall very poor, the restaurant wasn’t busy there was four other tables being used so for a Saturday lunch time that should have been our prompt to look elsewhere. Having a gluten and diary intolerance sometimes navigating the menu can be challenging so when asking the manager if a gluten free dish could also be dairy free to be told this was not possible didn’t surprise me, but as the manger I did expect some help into what could be produced to make a lunch time meal but this did not happen. So after no help I ended up having a portion of chips some chutney and some avocado, which I wouldn’t call a meal. This was then followed by having to wait just under an hour for our food to be delivered, the waitress then started clearing our table before one of the guests had finished and she had the audacity to ask if we wanted to look at the pudding menu, to which I replied maybe once I’ve finished my main thank you.Overall poor service, slow to produce food but quick to clear the table, the floor staff made themselves scarce and definitely don’t go if you have an intolerance as your made to feel unwanted and awakward. Will not be returning.

Great place to have a good meal! Good quality to price ratio as a dinner for 4 people (Main + dessert + drinks) was around 90 quid. Very nice atmosphere and nice staff to help you in any way possible. Additionally we loved how well our allergies were taken into consideration! Absolutely lovely place I would visit again!

Well presented dishes with cozy atmosphere. Breakfast should start earlier than 11:30 though. Waiting staff very helpful.
