Waited one hour, and on a Friday night is fine, but the food is stone cold, never again

Worst takeaway ever, wouldn't bother ordering through the website as they can't even check the requests on the order, paid for extra donner meat, looked like I had less than a small when it arrived, no sauce, chips were like they have been put back in the fryer 5 times, chicken in the chicken wrap was over cooked and slopped together, honestly a 1 star is generous, I don't ever write a review because I'm easy to please but this place is a joke

Oh my lord. My mouth was dripping with saliva like the Niagara Falls the scent alone transported to me to a different dimension; the dimension of kebab and chicken where all food taste like gold. My first bite into my kebab was so succulent and juicy. The atmosphere in there was so tranquil and yet simultaneously exciting and friendly . Amazing. Just amazing. Wow.

I Ordered a takeaway from chicken hut this evening. I’ve never had a problem with there food before but tonight I found something disturbing in my food. I was watching a movie while eating some fried chicken, I had ordered from chicken hut. I only ate one piece and wanted to save the rest for afterwards. I couldn’t see because it was dark and I couldn’t taste anything wrong with it. Once the film had ended, I turned on the lights. To my horror I had discovered that the chicken was red and bloody inside. I have filed a complaint and reported it to just eat. This is absolutely appalling and I will never be eating there again!!!

Poor customer service from this eatery. My husband mistakenly forgot to change the delivery address on the order he has just placed. He rang straight away to inform them of his mistake and asked if they would deliver to our correct address. The staff member on the phone was rude and obnoxious! Not very helpful at all. Last takeaway we will be having from this place. Manners and customer service cost nothing!

Normally food is great but last nights was barely edible the roll had gone mushy chips were barely warm so had gone quite hard I'm disappointed as was a birthday takeaway of my choice so was gutted that most was barely edible

Our favourite takeaway shop with very generous portions, tasty kebab, shis and pizzas and the best chips as well as friendly service.

Love this place but tonight topped it... delivery was quick, food was amazing and the delivery guy was a legend... I couldn't find my key for my front door, I said I cant find my key... he says 'i dont have they key! I don't know where it is'🤣 then wished us happy new year, was lovely to my child, he thinks hes his best mate now 🤦‍♀️🤣
