Costa Coffee Butchers Row in Wiltshire

Does get busy if you won't a table inside. If you like Costa coffee you know what you are getting. Friendly staff.

As a regular Costa customer, I called ingot a snack and a coffee while staying in the area. I chose Costa above the many coffee shops in the vicinity because I knew what standard of service and drink to expect. However, as we stood, toasted sandwiches in hand ready to order our drinks and have our toastiest prepared, no one acknowledged us. There were 4 staff present, one preparing a cold drink for the only customer ahead, one clearly new, one behind the scenes and one who came out to train the new person in cleaning. If we had been acknowledged such as”sorry, won’t be a minute”, we would have gladly waited, this would also have been a good lesson in customer service to the new starter. However, after a few minutes wait, we put our sandwiches back and left the shop. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the appalling customer service received from Costa

A smaller Costa than I've been to before, tucked away in a row of shops. Picked a Cheese and Ham Toastie with Cappuccino, said we would dine in, paid, took coffee to a table, shortly afterwards toasties arrived. Noticed that nearly every table had one person sat at, on a mobile or laptop drinking coffee...

Working in Salisbury for a few months this place has become my little home frome home. Staff are always pleasant & friendly. Cannot fault the service. Staff remember my order & coffee is perfect.

Paid for a wrap, waited 10mins as it was left on the side whilst other customer’s wraps and sandwiches were served.No apology for the delay.Me - Workman in an orange high vis.Disappointed in the customer service received.

Excellent experience in this Costa coffee, very clean and correct PPE worn by staff. There's 1 staff member continously cleaning and helping customers, serving staff pleasant and friendly. Would recommend to anyone living in Salisbury who wants safe environment and nice coffee.

So glad we could sit inside. It was very busy but the staff were on top of cleaning and the que. Sanatising station on way in and you need to complete their track/trace. Highly recommend

Ordered a medium ruby hot chocolate and i wasnt disappointed. Exactly what i wanted on a gloomy morning. Staff were extremely helpful and made my day that bit better. Also during this time tgey gave adapted really well. Implementing a way in dooe and a way out. All in all couldn't have asked for better customer service

A fairly typical Costa coffee shop with the added extra of some lively music creating an appealing atmosphere.

I don't often visit this Costa, I usually go to the one in the George Mall and I think I might remain going to the George Mall store because sadly I had quite a poor experience with customer service in this Costa. I ordered a Salted Caramel Latte hot, twice and both times I got a caramel syrup latte. I went back for the second time to ask for the sprinkles on top and AGAIN they acted as if they put them on but didn't.For their reference I can tell if they have put them on as this is how a proper Salted caramel latte hot is suppose to look!I wish I had got their names to advise the manager but I didn't see a manager on shift!
