Very poor !! I get a Costa coffee most days all over the West Country, very friendly staff in Longwell Green 10 out of 10 . WSM 10 out of 10 . On and on I could go, but Chippenham Costa a very big 0 out of 10 , Soon as I walked in the staff are to happy chatting to there selfs I was I only one in there they got my older wrong and when I asked who was in charge no one would tell me ? Can’t even use the toilets . Some one needs a chat with the staff as didn’t get changed for one of my coffees lol .Don’t think I will be going back even if they are giving the coffee away again . ☕️👎 ( Longwell Green for me tomorrow morning I think 🤔

Visited the store to get a coffee on the 30th Nov 2020. As it has a carpark and signs saying 3 hours free parking, imagine my horror to get a parking fine for £60 ,from ukpc who run the carpark quoting the owners of the property have said there is restricted access and your not allowed in between 10pm and 8am!! Costa opened at 7am SO beware !!! I called the store and costa head office ( head office said its not there problem basically) I was in the carpark 10 minutes , and that is why you need to know about how dangerous this is... pop in for a £3 coffee and if you take your car it could COSTA fortune. You pass a ANPR at the entrance to the carpark so i suggest leave your coffee until after 8am or face this kind of thing.

Our go to coffee shop. We visit at least once a week. Great service and the usual fair. They have a lovely array of seating for meetings, families, couples and friends etc.

Costa at the M&S Next outlet in Chippenham was fab. Iced latte with cream and coffee sprinkles. Toasted ementall and mushroom sandwich and to die for carrot and date cake. Great service as well.

Amazing "creamy" with mint chock chip.The guy that served me I knew from somewhere, that's because he was part of a group behind sheldon school smoking marijuana and my friend glanced at them because of the smell and the noise they were making.So this guy comes up to us and comes right in our face saying he'll crack our skull inif we look at him again. We said, "What the hell" and this guy that served me came up to us intimidatingly and clicked his neck and nuckles. He then said "If you look at us again, you're dead"That was 1 year ago, but I remember that fluently.

I had a great experience here. The whole place looked brand new and was extremely clean (especially compared to the Costa on Chippenham high street). Although there was a bit of a wait, this is typical for Costa or any coffee shop so nothing out of the ordinary. I must say the drink I had (Mocha latte) was amazing and by far the best drink I've ever had at Costa, so I was very pleased with that! I definitely recommend coming here.
