Orderd lamb shish kebab with Donna meat and ended up with chicken shish.phoned up and the bloke said I ordered chicken when I never order chicken I only ever order lamb and he told me he went my order 3 times which he didnt he went over once but didn’t recall chicken like I said I never ordered chicken and he thought my order was odd ,what’s odd about Lamb shish and Donna meat mix . Rude

Was told my order would be 45 minutes took hour and 15 minutes was probably worse pizza ever had was over cooked.Wont be ordering again very disappointed 👎

First and last time ordering here.The lamb shish meat was chewy, the chicken shish was preformed cuts and the lamb doner was very fatty.The chips were good and salad was fresh.Of more concern was the food was prepared and packaged by a staff member who was sweating profusely over the food preparation area, which is very unhygienic.I would not recommend and won’t be ordering here again.

The food we ordered was absolutely vile and it was cold, the kabab meat was crusty, I won't go here again, I was recommended this place by a friend and reckon he was drunk or under the influence of something when he told me to try these guys 🤮, poor customer service on the phone when ordering and complaining, thumbs down, sorry but my opinion,

Son ordered kofte kebab on my behalf, I know that they're meant to be made with middle eastern spices, and therefore a bit on the warm side (taste wise) but these had so much chilli in them that they were inedible, I had 2 bites and left the rest. I also said that I didn't want onions with the salad, which instruction was ignored, as I had masses of the stuff. The rest of the salad was a miniscule amount of chopped cabbage.

This is the best kebab in town - the meat is so delicious and the service is first class.The staff there is so friendly and truly it is a life saver during the three lockdowns with the jokes and fun chat. Thank you. Definitely recommend it ❤️🌈

Ordered through their website, but only half the order turned up. Phoned to complain that the pizza was missing and was told a replacement was on the way. 30 mins later and nothing. Phoned up again and was then accused of lying by delivery man! Did get a refund after one of the staff turned up with cash and told me to speak to the delivery driver over the phone?!?

Burger generous in size. Sauces on both meals didn't taste right. I don't believe the chips were fresh made - very distinct texture of chips cooked hours ago. Very disappointing overall. Won't be trying this place again.

My order arrived more than 1 hour early than I requested when I ordered online. The food was also cold when it got here and the dip was not garlic mayonnaise but was mint instead. The food was nice but ruined by being cold.

Very poor customer service! I have ordered food through Love Takeaway using their promotional code for Black Friday and when the driver turned up told me they don't accept the promo code so I have to pay full price. I didn't pay and returned the order. The driver was polite but clearly the manager is so rude and ignorant. They could have called me immediately when they accepted my order but instead they tried to push up the price. Never use them again and would not recommend this place at all.
