Domino's Pizza Amesbury in Wiltshire

Absolute shamblesWaited an hour for our pizza to arrive,The guy on the phone had said that if it wasn’t here in 5 mins he will call to see whether we wanted to cancel our orderHe never called up, he cancelled our delivery!We phoned up and had to reorder the whole thing,I asked to speak to a senior (not to be a Karen but to have an understanding of the situation and what can be done)I’m now having to wait another 45 minutes for another pizza to be made and delivered.The ‘senior’ I spoke to was not at all helpful with the situation, hadn’t offered simple customer service etiquette,And the usual dominoes excuse “we are short staffed”I’m disgusted with the place

The quality of Dominos has just gone south, whenever we order from here the pizzas are always overdone, the last few times we've ordered, the pizzas we had were too overcooked to even eat the crusts. Our Meator pizza was almost uneditable I wish we had sent it back! Its just not acceptable for almost £40 worth of pizza – now pizzas are £20.99 you expect them to be on point – I can go to the local Italian and get a better pizza for less! You really dont get what you pay for.

Where do I begin,I phoned up to take an order to be told we don’t take orders in store, and have to finish my order online as card payments are never taken here (weird now most businesses including big ones recommend card payments to help prevent Covid transmission). Any ways I suggested to pay cash. I then got asked on what I would like to order after giving my order over I was then told “you have to order online told you already”.Anyways as hungry I ordered online to collect. As a treat we don’t get often, I get there and it’s shambles. And I mean shambles no one knowing names / orders and customers retuning there pervious orders.I get my order, to be honest was pretty quick at only 15 mins but no customer service and very arrogant and rude staff members.Anyways still hungry I get home. The garlic cheese pizzas where perfect no complaints.My large pizza was very cold and squashed and tasteless. The meat was extremely cold as if just came out the fridge weirdly was colder than the pizza base.The serious issue I had with this food is that my partner is vegan, so we ordered the vegan veg after seeing it on the telly. This then came cold with small pieces of MEAT attached to bottom of the base that obviously had been contaminated after sides or the prep area wasn’t cleaned enough.Luckily I noticed this, however due to the contaminant I had to still cook dinner so did ruin our night and £30 out the window. Because seriously if the partner can’t eat hers it be unfair if I ate mine.Will be looking for a resolve and chasing a refund.The way I see it management need to sort there staff service and company specs out to lift the business from so many 1 star reviews

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a large box of chicken All cold. Waste of money and spoiled the night

Well I ordered my 2 children their Friday night treat. However. Treat turned to trick pretty quick. Wrong time of year domino's! After over 1 hour I called them just to see if was far... was told it had been delivered to wrong address and will be cooked and sent as a priority and arrive in 20 minutes.. 40 minutes later, cold, missing pizza.. So I try to call the store.. my call is left to ring, then its cut off! So I call from another number and low and behold they answer.Now I understand things can be a bit crazy in the fast food industry on a busy Friday evening. But to be ignored and lied to about where my order is actually disgraceful.Signed a huge Karen by the sounds of it but i never complain usually.A hugely annoyed mum and 2 very hangry children.

Just paid £1.50 for extra mushroom, got 5 slices. A box costs 79p from Tesco. SORT YOUR LIVES OUT. Wrong ice cream. Cold a few times stop taking out 3 orders. Generally tasty

I've got to be honest, these pizzas are so over rated. The staff have no love for the job and the pizzas are no were near as good as the family kebab or the king kebab pizza place in Amesbury. The price is ridiculous, 5 odd pizzas will cost you nearly 60 quid. Who can afford that nowadays for pizza. Eat in a pizza shop and support small buisness I say. Domino's is s**t

First time I ordered from here for delivery.te driver went back to the store after I left clear instruction how to contact myself.Second time I've ordered from here for collection that forgot a pizza and had to drive back to collect.fair to say I won't be going back anytime soon!

The food quality has always been good everytime I've ordered from here but the last time I came to pick up a delivery I had to wait 35 mins outside the door because of the flow of orders on a tuesday.
