Domino's Pizza in Wiltshire

Another time of giving Dominos of calne a chance and yet again they fail!!! Food all stone cold!! Sort it out Calne! With the prices you charge the food should at least be hot! Your boxes state 'warning hot!' Yet the food is completely cold. Do not order from them! A waste of anyone's money!! I am so annoyed, yet again!!!!

Worst pizza experience ever. Had to wait for my pizza for over an hour after I got notification saying "out for delivery" and when the pizza finally came it was stone cold... waste of money

Emma neish, 08 April 2022We ordered a delivery it said it was delivered but wasn’t my husband had to go and collect when I phoned them they were too busy to talk so hung up on me, the pizzas were cold never ever going back to Calne domino’s, very rude and disrespectful, don’t know how they run there business but I think customer service was very bad.

An embarrassment to the takeaway industry. Despite taking our order and staying out for delivery for over an hour and a half I was informed by your ill mannered staff it was in fact my fault as pizzas were taking 2 hours to deliver so wait. This was not mentioned during order and wasn’t acknowledges on your app.The person who I spoke to was incapable of holding a civil conversation and should probably have limited contact with customers or maybe return to day one of training? Don’t blame customers or delivery drivers for your failures.The poor delivery driver told me he’d been out for over an hour and still had a boot load to deliver. The pizzas were absolutely disgusting. Cold, damp didn’t even try them. Only fit for the bin.Do yourself a favour and go to the local Italian who offer far far better pizzas and treat customers properly.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered twice before and they were late but this time it was even worse. We ordered a couple of Pizzas at 7.30pm on a Thursday, 45 minutes later we called and they say it will be delivered in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later still nothing, we called back and they told us it is on the road. Another 20 minutes later still nothing so we called back and we cancelled the order to get a refund. They told us that the driver may have delivered to the wrong address but if we get it it would be free? They just kept lying and I still do not know why. If you are not going to deliver or you are going to be late just say it but don't lie!!! We will never order from the Calne branch ever again.

Food delivered 20 minutes after the out for delivery notification on the app.. food was barely luke warm.. used my temperature probe and it measured 37 degrees. Called store and they said sorry you can have a refund but it will take 3-5working days to go back in my account. SERIOUSLY???????Will not use again!

Cold pizza … ordered delivery .. Never came, had to pick it up. Got home and threw it in the bin, along with the six chicken wings that were just mush. Don’t bother unless you actually work there and can prepare, cook and deliver hot . Calne store 🤮

Ordered a pizza tonight, took 80 mins to get to out for delivery status, apparently delivered but never turned up.Tried to call store but can never get through.Complained to customer services but now have to wait 5 days to get my money back, they are quick enough to take your money, but don't provide the product and take days to give the money back.Service like this is just unacceptable nowadays, used this store for 6 years but will never come back and will never recommend

Ordered a couple of pizzas for delivery, and one came without the top sauce on top. Called up and they were really apologetic, and got a new one straight out to me, super quick. Really friendly customer service.

They were pre closing the store an hour before they shut which meant I waited a little longer for my pizza (including another click and collect customer who said there pizza was ready via the app but waited another 10 mins upon arrival)
