Really rude customer service which just makes the whole experience disappointing otherwise the food was lovely (never usually had an issue but the person serving this time round was awful)

Real shame, the food is quite good and we had eaten from here for years and enjoyed the meals, but placing an order at 18:20 and it taking 2 hours to be delivered is a joke. It's not the first time either, happening more and more frequently. When spending ÂŁ40 on a takeaway it would be nice if it arrived the hour later the confirmation email said, especially when it's supposed to be for a nice evening in.Sadly we'll be ordering elsewhere in the future.

Dreadful. Ordered takeaway this evening & one dish not edible - was like they had tipped a whole jar of chilli flakes in it!! Rang restaurant and they didn't care just said they would try & do better next time!!

“Bloody lovely” as the Welsh say.Unexpected trip as local pub was a disappointment,Meal for 2 special perfect chicken starter was a little spicy but that’s just meCurries flavourful and very tasty

Awful. Ordered a takeaway at 6pm for 8pm. At 20.25 the wrong food was delivered. We were warned the fish had been replaced by prawns (although they took telephone number they didn't phone to check if that was acceptable.)NATASHA'S LAW....I don't eat crustaceans. However, the whole order was wrong. After calling them back they managed to get the delivery driver back. The curry was cold, unspiced and unappealing. The cheese in the nan was not even melted. In fact the only edible part of ÂŁ32 meal was the rice.

1st time we ordered they lost our order and waited over 3 hours for delivery. Tried again, phoned after 45 mins to make sure not forgotten again and told would be 5 mins… again didn’t turn up for another 15 mins. Much better places to order from that deliver within a reasonable time and don’t lie about delivery time when you call.

Good food and excellent service (in the restaurant), however takeaway is questionable. We’ve been long time customers and as we have ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala nearly every time, recently it has gotten that the chicken to sauce ratio is astonishingly low despite the price. The drivers are lovely however.

Shocking to say the least!!! Stated it would be just over an hour for delivery, to which is was 35 minutes late.. we had booked to go out which we have now had to rush to starving!!!Wasn’t bad enough the delivery was late but when it came I didn’t smell right but thought it was just me until we tasted the food to find the chicken not properly cooked still pink! The korma sauce was also off and tasted horrid!! The only good thing was the nan bread as everything else went in the bin!! Even the mango chutney was more like vinaigrette than mango.... not impressed have been using them for over a year and this is the second meal we have ordered that has come not cooked and not taste right!!Second chance done and won’t be going back!!!

Good food which arrived very quickly. Fairly quiet when we visited so had the choice of tables, although slighty cramped. Reasonable value for money, just under ÂŁ50 for food and drinks for 2. I needed a receipt for the meals but was told they couldn't provide one which seemed a bit odd.

We went there as it was late almost 11pm and they were the only restaurant still open in the area. Hotel nearby called and they were kind to stay open for us. The food was great and many options too chose from. Recommended if you are in the area.
