Farmhouse Inn in Wiltshire

Had a superb Sunday lunch today, probably the best we have had in years. Asked if they could plate a roast up for my elderly father that we had to leave at home and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Really good for gluten free. We were a group of 11, 3 children. Children friendly men's garden wasn't open yet as wet. But lovely staff, quick service and good food!

Very good food, the Gamon can only be described as a slab of meat which was very well cooked. A choice of ice creams would have been nice to go with the sticky toffee pudding but it still tasted great with vanilla.

Very friendly service, timely delivery of food order, food very good and great garden for eating outside. Any pub that allows dogs to visit gets our approval! Would definitely return and recommend...

Beautiful bar and function room. Welcoming, friendly staff, clean and homely. Attended a wedding in the function room. Food was delicious, staff Lovely.

This is a lovely local pub with decent food. Dog friendly. They are often very busy so if you are planning to visit for food I would suggest booking.

We held a funeral gathering here (November 2nd 2021), in the function room, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. The Landlord and staff were friendly and helpful in planning the event - we were able to tailor the buffet to what we wanted - and there were no problems with us bringing along specific items that we wished to have included on the menu. We were made to feel very welcome as we planned the event, while we set up, on the day itself, and as we cleared up the next morning. I'm so happy that we chose The Farmhouse; it's a friendly and functional room, lots of space for sitting and standing, a small outdoor area too. We could make it our own with photos, flowers, bunting and albums. One tiny thing - it was a cash only bar in the 'Southwick Suite' but we realised in time and notified our guests so that most came armed with notes and coins! We were pleased to return there today after a scattering of ashes, and felt comfortable and at home as we chatted over memories of our loved one.

I love this pub. The food is consistently good, which is shown by how busy it always is. The staff are always friendly and courteous. I'm already looking forward to our next visit

Had my birthday 'do' here. Room was very good and food was excellent. Had Sunday lunch the next day. Lunch was delicious. Good, varied menu with friendly and efficient service. Hosts and staff were friendly and helpful. Many thanks to both Jan and Mary-Jane.

Absolutely nothing but praise for this place:- The food was shockingly good.The pasta surpassed that of an actual Italian restaurant, and the roast was absolutely perfect, with tender, beautiful meat and a gravy that needs to be tasted to understand how perfect it was.- The staff were all lovely, everything was brought out quick, the place was spotless, and the price isn't something to complain about: Roughly £25 per person for a drink, starter, main, and dessert.Worth every penny, and is absolutely worth going out of your way for!
