I've recently moved to Calne and can't believe I only just discovered Fay's Bistro! It's so lovely!!! The team are so friendly and attentive, the food is excellent (my favourite is definitely the full English, yum!!!) and the vibe is always really relaxed and welcoming. Now that spring is here, I love sitting outside in the sunshine with my dog and watching the world go by with a beautiful view of the river. I've visited Fay's a few times now with friends and definitely intend to set up more visits very soon! This place is a such a local gem.NB: Despite the name, I'm not the owner of this Bistro! ;)

Fantastic service and beautifully cooked and prepared food. Don't let the plain shop front put you off. The people in here are fantastic and the food is great quality and my fish pie was packed with fish and tasted divine! Would love to pop back for a breakfast next time we are in the area. This is definitely the place to go when visiting Calne!

Excellent gem in Calne. Lovely staff, really good food. My bacon sandwich was just right and my wifes lunch the same. Well done all, its a treat to find such a cosy place.

Had a nice hot chocolate over Christmas with a jacket potato all to be ruined by the owner accusing me of not paying. I understand that she has a business to run and I’m new to Calne but maybe check with her staff first? Maybe Implement a system to save customers from any future accusations?No apology given and I was publicly embarrassed in front of her customers waiting at the door.

Delicious food, friendly and customer focused staff and good selection of cakes baked in the shop, all this and a lovely setting by the river! Enjoyed our lunch very much and will return next time we visit Calne.

Lovely quiet spot in Calne centre for breakfast. Four of us sat outside on a Saturday morning and immediately the staff were over to take our order. The quality of the drinks and food was excellent and surprisingly well presented for a small cafe! The outlook over the stream was calming and not too much traffic noise as it is set back from the road. Would highly recommend!

Very good food and lovely people- really good vegan breakfast and cakes! The place is lovely too- highly recommend:)
