Frankie and Benny's in Wiltshire

Went today after a day out with our boys, first time and unfortunately our last.Service was brilliant, couldn't fault it, attentive and very helpful with building a meal for my son with ASD. Prices and portion sizes for the kids meal was in my opinion, brilliant....But, that's where the good ended unfortunately. Asked for our children's food to come out at the same time as our starter....it didn't. Not only that but the starters were awful. I had mac n cheese bites and it was like eating vinegar....so over powered by a severely vinegary sauce it was inedible. My partner had calamari, it looked more like the scraps at the bottom of the fryer. No flavour and burned.Mains, again, not good. My partner had the chicken and prawn pasta. The rigatoni was still hard, food barely warm. I had chicken parmersan and it tasted like burned toast. Spaghetti was bland and watery. Not happy unfortunately.

We had my daughters birthday meal last night for 18 of us I must say excellent service from the minute we walked in great atmosphere and we were all very pleased with our food. Thanks to all the staff who served us we left a tip too. Definitely return. Thankyou very much the Lopez booking.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had my family come around last night so I thought it would be nice to get some food in, as you can see from the pictures below (the one on the right is what I got)i was not impressed with what they deliver to me. It was nothing like the picture and it turned up cold. It was missing bacon onion rings and other stuff inside. All I had was a bit of salad which was gone off, two burgers and the buns.

I've eaten at a few Frankie & Benny's and always have an enjoyable meal. Service was friendly and quick and food was really tasty. Went with my Mum for a birthday lunch and they didn't hesitate to bring out a complimentary birthday cupcake for me. Recently visited again last week and food and service was still great. I think the menu has shrunk a little since covid but there's still loads of great choice and the portions were more than enough. Can pay online at the table and free WiFi (although you have to sign up).

Great place to grab something to eat, burger, grilled chicken, pizza etc. Particularly good for small groups and will sing happy birthday if needed which is a nice touch. Comfy, clean and friendly, would definitely go again.

A birthday do. Well looked after and all staff friendly and helpful. A long wait for food. Very good food apart from my sirloin stake which was very stringy. Lovely birthday cake - thank you. Overall a great time.

Ordered food on the app. It took 50 minutes to arrive and when it did it was small portions and expensive for what it was. We had paid for parking and had to have someone leave in the middle of the meal to top up the parking. The Mac and cheese was dry and untasteful. And the burgers were the only alright thing even though we weren't able to amend the order by removing or adding things via the app. All in all very disappointed with this establishment.

Just had a lovely meal of ribs with all the trimmings. Food came out piping hot. Our server, Ivelina was very attentive and friendly. Restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Clean and tidy and would recommend a visit.

The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is great - sometimes the music can be a bit too loud - the food was good - no complaints perfect price point - the only set back was a slight mix up with the desert order and having to get them to adjust the final bill.

Nice to be back inside. Food was good, worth the wait. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Look forward to returning. Children were happy.
