Hampton Inn in Wiltshire

Absolutely awful! Asked waitress about ale selection, she threw the drink menu at me and said she didn't know about beer.. it's her job! Sent pint back as cloudy, second one no better despite manageress 'telling' me 'that one's fine, I tasted it' before walking off, I think that's my decision actually, I couldn't drink it. Food was nothing better than bland. Atmosphere was dire. Four front of house staff on, us and two other tables in and the most unhelpful group of staff you could imagine. Avoid!!

Hadn’t been here for 3+yrs as last experience was dreadful so thought it may have changed as got a voucher through our door - oh no it hasn’t it’s exactly the same ! Considering this is attached to the Premier Inn it’s not showcasing good quality , value for money food !!Very poor quality food , nachos dreadful and no flavour, a bowl of tortilla chips basically , had to ask for sour cream , no salsa , hardly any cheese on them , burger over cooked , coleslaw tasted off and ribs and chicken very average , chicken over cooked . The kids meal for £4.99 was good value but not enough for a 10 yr old . Mini corn on the cob was a slice of corn on the cob - tiny ! There are better restaurants with this type of food in the area. Our waitress was very friendly but service was very slow ! Even the kids thought it was slow ! Won’t be coming back !

Had a meal booked for mother's day at 3 .30 for a party of 16. Didn't get served until 5 pm and when the starters were brought out they were for the wrong party. Some of our party were given free drinks to make up for it but not everyone. When the food did come it was cold and came out in groups of 3.We had some people finished while others had no meal. Felt sorry for the waitress as they were busy, but the organisational skill were non existent. Even when we arrived and wanted to order a drink at the bar several staff walked past ignoring us instead of saying "Hi, I'll be with you in a minute." Then we were overcharged by £40. Very disappointed, and I will not eat there again. The only good thing was that the restaurant is set out like lots of separate dining areas and is suitable for wheelchairs which is why we booked it.

Had the Roast Turkey on Mother's day. Food was virtually stone cold. The food had obviously been pre cooked then just warmed up in a microwave. Left half and walked out. If I complained would probably have got offered a free dessert. £23 wasted.

All round terrible experience.. food was cold, dried up and tiny portions.. we waited a hour and a half for 0/10 food.. it was that bad. I will eat from anywhere and I never complain but I actually didn’t eat the food and got my money back.

We didn't feel very welcomed on arrival and we were left sat waiting for someone to tend to us to take our order. The main meal was OK and could've been better quality. The dessert on the other hand was tasty.

Excellent Staff. Caring and attentive. The food and service for a 12.00 Wake on 14/2/2022'was excellent and good value for money! Thank you Table Table.

Food good, staff especially our waiter were friendly and nothing was too much trouble

Very Reasonably Priced and delicious meal. Excellent service. Everything kept very clean ! Can’t fault anything! Highly recommend and will be back here for sure!
