Wonderfully cheerful and friendly people. The food quality is consistently excellent. Of particular note is the great and prompt delivery service which we have used regularly over the past 2 years. Thank you for your food over the period and your Hot and Sour soup is the best I have had since I lived in Singapore in 1970!

Ordered three dishes for delivery at 19:30 on a Saturday night, delivery time was estimated at 21:21. Rang them at 21:22 wondering where the delivery got to. Spoke to a very stressed and very fast talking lady suggesting they were extremely busy and my delivery would be at least another 30 minutes. No apology but at least they did agree to cancel and refund my order.

Awful service, over 2 hours and still waiting for food. When chased, told by one person it was cooking, the other person said on way. First time giving them a try as had heard such good things, won’t be bothering again

Great food, great portion, great price and great service! By far the best take-aways I had at Royal Wootton Bassett. Bought the Singapore Fried Rice and asked for it to be extra spicy. The cook made it so tastefully! Had the beef with mixed vegetables. In all, simply delicious. Will definitely come back again!

By far THE BEST Chinese takeaway in Bassett!! Happy to switch dish contents or add extras upon request without any fuss. Quality of food is exceptional and not swimming in grease. Abysmal....Ordered at 7pm for an 8pm delivery....At 8.30 pm we made a phone call asking where our food order was and were told they were extremely busy and it would be delivered in 20 minutes. At 8.50 pm we received a call that our food would not be delivered unless we could collect. I had drunk 2 beers and my partner has a broken shoulder so this was totally not possible.Extreme things can happen I appreciate that but the customer service here is non existent.....no sorry....no next time it is on us etc.....ok we do not matter sorry we ever had faith in you. We supported you in these hard times but come this evening we realise to you this has not been reciprocated.

Fantastic throughout. Happy, friendly and helpful staff who were happy to talk.Food very nicely priced and the quality was quite frankly amazing. The best Chinese I have ever had. Chicken was great quality and you could tell it was recently fresh and of the highest quality, no rubberness here!

My favourite Chinese take out in RWB. I always go in to order and they start on the order straight away, I've never waiting for more than 10 - 15 min. The food is great and the service is efficient but friendly. Occasionally, if the wait is likely to be longer than normal, they offer you a drink whilst you are waiting.
