Harlees Fish and Chips in Wiltshire

Got the food on time but not all of the order. The fish is now cold with no chips and no telephone number to ask aboutthe order or complain. Absolutely shambolic. Dinner was ruined.

Stood in the shop for over 20 minutes on a Friday evening along with several other people. Counter full of cooked food whilst staff packed orders from the Internet. I personally feel walk in customers should be served especially when there is food already cooked.Won't be going again.

Freshly cooked food, fish was battered lovely and nice and moist and big, chips were fluffy was a lovely enjoyable meal, staff were helpful and friendly also

Since the lockdown Harlees has really stepped up theirs game. For us easily the best fish and chips in Amesbury and probably for miles around. Orders are in general cooked to order, their chips are not just the thin end of the spud and we have found them to be well cooked and hot. Fish batter is crispy golden and the fish portions are generous. Their are menu choices for kids and seasonal specials such as pigs in blankets. Not the cheapest price around but worth the price and delivery is available for three squid, excuse the pun!

Typical Southern chip shop! Th's nowt moist! No gravy? No balms? No pies? Not because they'd ran out but because they don't do them... Had to ask if they did chips.

In my opinion best fish and chips in the area. Freshly cooked. Not greasy.. Prices could be a little cheaper but that just the way it is nowadays.. Good size portions. So money we'll spent.

I don't get why the rating isn't higher for this place... the plaice we ordered was huge, enough to share, and the batter was crispy and the fish was soft and creamy. The onion rings were crispy too 👌They finished prepping our meal quick and warned that might be a few minutes later than predicted - it wasn't.Super friendly server too

had the best fish and chip's here that id had for a very long time anywhere. lovely golden crispy batter and golden chips all cook to order. delicious indeed see you again soon and thank you

Have ordered from here a few times and is often very nice, but portion sizes are minimal, our last order of a large chips would barely feed 1 person let alone the 2 of us especially for what we were charged. We’ve seen a few complaints on the portion sizes also.

Excellent food, delicious. Ordered a collection and rang them up. Staff very friendly and professional and nothing missing from order. Polite also. Ordered 4 items on menu with a flyer of 10% discount, total came to roughly £9. Would recommend
