Best Chinese in town in my opinion . Lovely staff too

Used to love this Chinese..... Not anymore. Ribs are dry as a bone.... rice is stodgy, hardly no meat and NO flavour! Will not be going back and have just asked for a refund it was that bad!!😔

I don't often write reviews but I feel after the treatment I have had from Hong Kong House in Warminster, I need to warn others.Made a simple order. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. Got a call from Hong Kong House saying the driver couldn't find me so went back to the restaurant. When I asked why they didn't ask where I am (They've delivered to me before without any problems) I was told to either collect my food or have a refund.I am furious. Why not phone to ask for my location? It sounds more like they just didn't want to deliver for whatever reason. Was my order too low? In which case, why make me waste over an hour of my time waiting on food that would never come? I asked to speak to the manager who didn't want to talk to me so the poor guy on reception had to ask if I could leave a message.So I did. I said to remove me from their system once the full refund has been credited as I wont ever be using them again. Shocking service. I feel so disappointed as I have met the owners and they seemed like really nice people. I am so disappointed.Please, if you read this, please avoid this place and go with a takeaway that knows how to treat their customers.

Worst Chinese I have EVER seen and tasted, curry was like water chips overcooked burnt almost. Salt and pepper chicken, or should I say salt and pepper batter as there was no chicken, chicken chow mien was dry, possibly could have been yesterday’s food. Egg fried rice was rank and cold

I don't know whether they have a new chef but the food is the best I've ever tasted in a while, fresh and steaming hot

Ordered 5.10 came at 5.28. Thought was very quick. Chicken balls missing. Ran back out to the delivery driver to inform him before he left. Then had a call from managment to say balls are in there, he remembers putting them in. I assure you they was not. A new lot came in 5 minutes! Driver apologised and said manager forgot to put them in. Daughter starts eating them and there RAW! bright pink in middle still. Ring them back up tell him and he says ' what do you want ' a new COOKED BATCH please. He says on way and puts phone down on me. Driver comes again with new COOKED batch and i give him back pink raw batch. Poor delivery driver. I wont be going there EVER again. Sorry!

Best Chinese restaurant in town. Never been let down with the food , always cooked perfectly.

Ordered through justeat, which wrongly informed me that my order had been cancelled by hong kong house. I ended up getting food from another warminster Chinese that was awful (proably the worst i've ever had). However after 45 mins of my original pick up time Hong Kong house rang me and explained the emails and texts from justeat and a refund from justeat has just gone come through. So the rating is not on their food but customer service!

Delivery driver arrived and refused to come up 1 flight of stairs so drove off with the food I had already paid for, what's the point of a delivery charge if they won't come to your door? Useless

Very disappointing, yet again our order was wrong, even after they phoned to ask some questions about the order and were told that it was wrong and I went over it again. This was definitely the last time we order from here as I am sick of paying for something only to get home and find its wrong! It might help if the girls you have out front taking the orders were concentrating on their job instead of playing around with hats and giggling while hiding behind the counter.
