Ordered two sandwiches to go. Unfortunately I didn't check them I the shop - one was wrong (bacon on white bread with brown sauce, instead of on brown bread with no sauce) and both were tiny. The bacon sandwich had two tiny bits of overcooked bacon. The bacon and sausage sandwich had the same tiny bacon (two pieces) and one anemic sausage.Very disappointing, because the food they were serving in the restaurant looked good - I just think it's too expensive for what it is. Better experience at Carwardines or Greengages for the same money or less

Remember folks, 3 stars is better than average !Good, old fashioned cafe, like they used to be.I had the "early start" breakfast - for lunch.Welcoming, polite staff, clean and simple place, tidy toilet (toilets say a lot about a place). Well cooked food, tidy presentation, decent portions.

Perfect place to have a meal. Food good and reasonable price. Excellent service from friendly staff. Kitchen area clean . Table's cleaned before next customer allowed to sit down. Overall we give jenny's 100% every time we visit. Even the toilets are always clean. Give it a go you will be glad you did.

Good little cafe and always busy. We pop in here for breakfast every time we visit Salisbury and we're never disappointed with the quality of food. Would recommend visiting.

I actually frequent Jennies on a weekly basis for a coffee with my mum, friends or family. We are always greeted with a warm friendly smile. The food is really nice and is reasonably priced, always freshly made to order so guaranteed freshness.Friendly, polite, and welcoming staff always.

Bad experience. At first they accommodated us on a busy day allowing us to take an extra 2 seats for our pushchair. However, when we ordered food things went downhill. We requested allergy information which they are required by law to provide and were met with a resounding shrug. The best answer they had was they think the sausages contained dairy, and a don't know about soya. They flatly refused to check the ingredients. We ordered drinks while we tried to get it sorted which were perfectly acceptable although they forgot to bring one over until we reminded them. In the end we left without eating.

Table of 8Kids meals were slightly wrong but they still ate them, our meals were OK but not what you would expect.Beans were warmMushrooms coldBacon crispy ( more )Sausage bland and stodgyNo toast 😕Weird cafe for the money you pay I suppose you would say we expected something better. Better to lower your expectations..Would we visit again 🤔 maybe depends if things improve, needs help I getting some flavour on the food.

We ordered breakfasts and they were ok, but the price suggested they should have been better quality. They pour tea and add a lot of milk before you see it. For me this made it undrinkable as it had no taste. The maple syrup served with the pancake in the American breakfast had a strange flavour. We try to use local cafes when we are out, rather than chains and franchises, but another time in Salisbury I think I might try Costa or similar
