KFC in Wiltshire

Had very low expectations considering the rest of the reviews. But can say my visit was excellent. Visited on busy Saturday lunch time. Queue moved promptly, staff were friendly, food was excellent and piping hot and served with all the napkins, wet wipes etc. Changes been made for the better?

Waiting time was 40 minutes. Staff doing their best but no management visible. Had to close as they couldn't cope with orders. KFC should invest some effort here, it's damaging their reputation.

Once again wrong contents in the box meal. This was supposed to be a zinger burger fries, daredevil bites and a side order of corn. The box contained 3 strips of the fillet chicken a pot of gravy a box of popcorn chicken the bites and chips. Just before placing our order we complained about the last time we visited a month ago and again instead of having a zinger burger we ended up with a single strip of fillet all of course served cold but with a big ☺

Not busy this Saturday about 1:30pm,went in to order, 2 mins wait for person in front to finish his order, Server was Polite, efficient and understood my order & the changes I'd like, order compiled quickly as per my request buy 2 other staff members. Very friendly & easy to order, all food was Hot & freshly made as far as I could tell, drove home 1½ miles to eat it, still hot, only downside which was probably my fault for not getting when there, salt, and serviettes, & the bottle of Pepsi Max could of been colder, but it may have just been put in cooler. First rate, if I'd read reviews before I went I probably would of thought twice, Glad I didn't, not had a better Family feast bucket at KFC anywhere else.

Only person in the drive through so no pressure and they still managed to forget the popcorn chicken in my 12 Boneless feast🙄. Chicken was also over cooked. Not a working phone number or contact for the branch anywhere to be found🤷‍♂️ Polite service was the only positive bit of the experience.

Drove into the drive-thru and there was no indication of it being closed. Drove to next window and was sat for a good minute waiting for someone to open the window so we could ask if they were still open but the staff just walked past while looking at us. One lady came up and told us they shut at 8pm but there was no signs outside to tell us that. “It’s on the website”, we didn’t check the website as the shop looked like it was still open. The staff acted like young kids and were very rude.

It's alright, obviously new so there's still construction going on at the time of reviewing.Was served expired gravy, the only downside.The food was delicious, no complaints there, the best KFC I've had in a while.

Went kfc heard some bad reviews in my opinion you got to see for yourself. Bearing in mind it's not long been open for a short period of time you'll have a few problems. Anyway I went to the drive through little wait when i got my food absolutely spot on really nice and hot well done kfc definitely be back .

Would give it some stars as they are one of my favourites but its not open and they did not even bother to put a paper with proper information. It says they operating drive through but you can see the drive through is closed...I don't know why they cannot put opening info up on Google map or just at the door... they should be happy people come rather than passing them off already...
