Fantastic burgers, great service and very reasonable price. I had the meatlovers and my better half had the pulled pork. Both tasted great. And the fries- best fries I have had for a long long while.

We visited last night for dinner. Our waiter was very attentive. Food was lovely. Only downfall was the constant slamming door leading to the pub area. Good selection of burgers. We sampled all 3 puddings on offer and decided the Eton mess was the best by far. Dog and family friendly. Recommend a visit.

Excellent service and excellent food. You could really tell that everything was homemade. Portion size was just enough, we didn't feel over or under fed. I highly recommend visiting Kitchen Sisters. Looking forward to our next visit. KS Burger (front) and Meat Lover (back).

Staff at the Bear not capable of doing this outfit justice. Cannot put together a simple takeaway without a problem. Find another pub to operate out of. No wonder so many pubs are closing - they have had a year off and still can’t get things right.Edit: they refunded which was a kind gester. But they were not happy that reviews had been left. If the first call to raise the issue had been dealt with more clarity, then the review would not have happened, and I’m not convinced that if the reviews hadn’t happened then the result may not have happened.Increased to three star, as there was a resolution but somewhat salty.Response to owner (review change due to further dishonesty) : Sad to say, you are not being honest there mate, and you are not painting a faithful picture of the events.I had to chase up a week later to get the refund you had told me you had already done.As described in our text messages, you lied about the refund having been processed and as I mentioned, the missing food was less of the problem, it was more the ‘maybe the refund will work, maybe it won’t… hahaha’ that caused the review. Only after you had seen the reviews did you actually do anything by means of apologies - so it is unfortunate that this is the only means of a customer complaint being handled and resolved with any level of professionalism.

Wow! i thought I'd done with the burger thing but i want more! Firstly the packaging looked great, all unbleached cardboard and when you opened it up the food looked really well put together. We had a Meat lover and a veggie naked to take away, but as much as i was Loving the Meat I had an envious eye on the Naked Vegi.

The day we decided to visit wad the day a wedding was also taking place there. The food was lovely and the manager was super helpful with helping us decide what to eat. The bartenders surprised me with a violet gin and tonic (now my favourite) and were extremely friendly.Great atmosphere and brilliant location! Would totally recommend!

I had a really excellent beef burger here with pulled pork, bacon and cheese. It was flipping delicious and I want another one. The chips are also fantastic, with salt and rosemary. The staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful. They make everything themselves. My wife had the same burger but served as a salad instead of in a bun, this came with some additions like interesting mushrooms and fried asparagus. Was a tiny bit jealous so I might try that option next time.There were vegan options on the menu but I can't comment on those because I love eating meat (sorry).I want an excuse to go back to Marlborough just so I can eat here again. Just amazing!
