Such delicious food and delivered so quickly. Great Chinese restaurant

We’ve had some great meals from KK’s, the quality initially dropped when the new owners took over a year or so back but in the last six months or so we’ve enjoyed every dish ordered and would definitely recommend.

Had a fabulous delivery to our campsite last night..easy ordering ..fantastic food and excellent delivery..thank you kk for a great Chinese takeaway x

Having been ordering from this place for 30 years, tonight takeaway took an hour and 50 mins to arrive, that would have been fine knowing how busy they get but I phoned at 7.45 to say we had been waiting an hour and a half and had we been forgotten because they did say it would be about an hour, the girl said it was out in the car I asked how long had it been out she checked and said about 20mins. We then waited a further 15mins. Obviously the first thing I did was to dish it up and check it. Yes it was cold we were hungry, but I wasn't happy that everything in the plastic bag had also gone soggy, greasy and was not very nice at all. I phoned them and to say they were NOT very helpful at all.1) they would not refund,2) had I not opened the food they could have sent the driver back. Umm how would I have been able to check if the food was hot enough to eat? Ok moving on I'm guessing some other poor sod would have ended up with our cold meal😏3) an offer of a very small discount off our next order. Ummm not sure there will be a next order after my conversation with the woman I spoke too. Instead of trying to keep a long time customer for the sake of one meal, good luck, Charlie would never have treated his customers like this. That's the only reason you are this busy but carry on like this and you'll have no customers left.Very disappointed.

Undoubtedly the best Chinese Takeaway in Salisbury. The order was easy to place and they were beyond helpful with allergen information (most places make you feel like a pain for even asking). It arrived quicker than expected and i felt as though the delivery driver couldn't have been a nicer bloke, as soon as I shut the door I realised I should have tipped him more as normally food is just handed to you with little to no small talk and not even a smile! Lastly, the food was lovely and the portion sizes are very generous. Will be returning to Kk's time and time again!

Used kk for years but when ordering another meal we reported our last order (for £70) was missing the seaweed we had ordered. Expecting this would be easily rectified as its only a cheap side, but we're told they could not do anything about even for a regular customer. So we have decided not to be a regular customer.

I've been using kks for 10+ years. Today was the worst.. portion sizes are alot smaller and my crispy duck had some bones remaining.. never had a problem before but today I gave up eating it after 5 bits of bone and at £9.50 for 6 pancakes, I was disappointed that the care has lacked when shredding it

One star for chips, one for speed of delivery, crispy chicken ended up most of the way round the bag. Food was bland and the prevailing taste was salt, and so much of it my stomach started burning.Ordered from here based on seeing it recommended so many times on facebook....these people must have limited choice or very poor taste.Will not be ordering again and would certainly not recommend.

Very poor tasting food, very hit and miss on if it's at all eatable, the only great thing is curry sauce, and the oil they cook in is the most unhealthy and the owner only thinks of his profits, not his customers! I recommend Special Wok, best Chinese in Salisbury and very friendly staff :)The KK's owner Charlie, as he calls himself. He is very rude to long term customers! He asked me why I hadn't been for ages. I answered the question and he boasted how customers travel from Bournemouth beacuse his takeaway food is so great. He swore at me the customer, and when I said I hope I get complimentary prawn crackers for all this abuse? He then told me swearing again that if he did that he would go bankrupt! I thought to myself really, it costs them about 20p max in cost to make prawn crackers. I will never ever go back here again. I now use the best Chinese in Salisbury, Special Wok .

Used to be great. Food has gone way downhill of late. Fried rice is greasy, pale and flavourless, sweet and sour chicken balls were horrible. Smallest amount of hard chewy chicken surrounded super greasy batter. Chips taste like the oil hasn't been changed in weeks. The food has gone up in cost and way down in quality. Will never order here again. If you want quality chinese food in Salisbury, visit Classic Aroma in Laverstock, you won't want to go anywhere else again! (Although Special Wok in the city does AMAZING chow mein)
