McDonald's in Wiltshire

Queue long on drive through, had to go pull into space for food yet again. Whole point of drive through is it's quick and convenient! Our last 2 visits haven't been!

varying sevice speeds often quite busy which the company cant be blamed for other than thay good service polite staff and inside the building is well maintained

Drive thru... so disappointed, large Big Mac had no pickles, dry flat burger, luke warm and only half amount fries... i was already home before i noticed and was unable to return...

I am always impressed by the efficiency and speed of service of each of the McDonald's franchise and this local branch is no exception. The price is competitive and my children always enjoy a selection from the standard menu. I particularly like the McPlant vegan burger. I am not a vegetarian but thought that I would give this a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, so much so, that I have bought it again and enjoyed that too. My only gripe is the price of the McPlant which is more expensive than the Big Mac! The staff are friendly, the place is clean, the service is quick (both drive through and in the restaurant using the self service machine) all at a good price for a family of 4.

It was a shame that the staff were not very understanding towards a young person with LD and were quite rude because they sat in the staff area, there were 2 people that needed to have a break yet there were 2 tables free that they could have sat on and still be socially distanced. Even when we tried to explain and apologize we couldn't move or there would be an incident but we would be as quick as possible, The manager was just rude to us shrugging her shoulders and showing a poor attitude.

No chance of using the disabled, or parent parking bays here. They're always full of perfectly able delivery drivers that don't travel with kids. But eating there was fine.

Love this McDonald's, it's always a treat to go to this one vs. Chippenham.Food's actually HOT on every occasion I've been, and the staff are great and friendly.Last time I ordered a McFlurry and before I even started eating properly and noticed, the lovely female staff member was back with a second one because they'd forgot to put the caramel in the first!

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Not only did they deliver terrible service in not delivering the order within an hour and a half, they continued to take payment after the order was cancelled. Since then they have refused to issue a refund and I have been passed between McDonalds and their partner agency Uber eats. Both services are shirking their responsibilities to the customer blaming each others services for the position I am in at the hands of McDonald’s. Neither have offered to resolve my issue and McDonald’s initially ignored my complaint all together ‘thanking’ me for me feedback’ not even commenting to the fact they took my money without delivering the goods or the fact they failed to refund me. When I have received previous orders they have always been cold and barely warm! I will not be using this service again and I would highly recommend to others they get their take outs from KFC or Burger King their service as been hugely better and food has always been hot!

Absolutely useless!! Ordered via Uber eats - delivery was pushed back twice (to over 2 hours from order time) only for our order to be cancelled 5 minutes before it was due!! Should have known better to order again given last time they forgot to put some of the burgers in!!

This branch was filthy there was rubbish all over and overflowing out the bins. Our table and seat were dirty I had to clean myself before we could sit down to eat. The floor hadnt been swept there was food all over the floor. I had a coke it was disgusting no ice and no fizz. It was flat and warm. Our Burger and fries were only warm. What was bad was there was hardly anyone in when we got there so they wernt busy or run off there feet. I can honestly say this was the worst macdonald's we have ever been to. I dont think we will ever be eating at macdonald's again because of this experience. Mrs Marina Marshall.
