Mcdonald's Restaurants in Wiltshire

Every single time I order from here my order has something missing, 9 times out of 10 its the dips for my sons nuggets but It really can be anything. I have had drinks missing, burgers missing & wrong product delivered to my door. Well my order tonight had the dips missing as per usual and to top it off they decided not to add the straw's for our milkshakes. I give up on the place the management needs looking at here because the customer service is shocking to put it nicely. That's my last order from here never ever again for the price of the meal its not worth the hassle, McDonald's Chippenham you are the worst iv ever been to so for that I congratulate you well done for being S**t

I waited for my order for 25 minutes, absolute disgrace that i had to prompt the servers to even start making my nuggets. They hadn’t even made it, so I waited a another 10 whole minutes for them to bring it to me, by that time it was stone cold! I had no ice in my drink even though I asked for some. They were incredibly rude to me and my kids! Never ever going there again! Awful services 😤 I am appalled by this. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Absolute disgrace 😡

Just awful, cold, stale, inedible food. Dips missing had to go back to drive through and ask 3 different staff members to get them. No apology. Management should be sacked.

Used the drive through. OK, busy. Dips fell to floor (to join the others already there!) at collection window. Delay due to hot chocolate order. Should have checked it immediately - tasted like water! Not the first time it has happened to me there. Beware if you order hot chocolate and be prepared to drink brown, weak water - or not. It was changed for me, gave me a larger cup, but it wasn't much better. They need to make time quality checks, not only pushing out food!!! Ask your customers, McDonald's.

Great if you want a drive through. However the branch is too busy. Ques are really long, service is really slow and because of the crazy rush, the food isn't as good or as fresh as some other branches I've been to.

A slow start using electronic menu boards, this was more us than the board, but we got there. :-) (Not regular customers). The food was good, the staff helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was very clean.

Staff are friendly and try to remain productive. This could be improved: Greeting customers who come in and those that leave. Apolgise if the wait is long.Depending on the time you go there you can get a different level of service. The worst time to go is between 1 and 2 pm on the weekend and weekdays 6-7pm. If you come then you'll be waiting about 15 minutes to go through the drive through. 20 minutes in the store. I'd imagine it's fairly stressful working here and under the circumstances the staff remain positive. Need a little more dillegence on the camera monitoring on the drive thru. Being asked what you ordered after you ordered it....bit poor. Carpark is alright could benefit from making the entrance wider. Might be an idea to fine anyone who drops litter outside. Plenty of places to sit and eat, toilets are clean and maintained.Please ensure the tills always have reciept paper and are on hand to answer questions.

Great service, especially Regan. Really clean. Gave the children a tablecloth to colour in, Happy Meal packs and Christmas flags. Our apple pies were cooked fresh, so they asked us if we would like them after our mains or served with them. Lots of friendly helpful staff. Rubbish being cleaned whilst we were still sat down to give us space. Thank you. 😁

Staff helpful, especially if things go wrong. Good indoor and outdoor seating areas. Reasonable wifi. Food usually to standard and reliable. Good stop off for coffee and meetings to prior to the M4 junction 17.

The service is so slow it’s unbelievable. I watched the food sit on the side while everyone dithered about. I truly do not think it is possible to move any slower. I wonder if there are too many staff
