Mcdonald's Restaurants in Wiltshire

Don't usually have much to say about McDonalds, but on this occasion we ordered on the app and had it delivered to the car in one of the bays. All arrived "hot", but with our burgers we ordered 4 "large" chips which had less than small portions, also we never received our 2 orange juices. All I can recommend is, always check your order before leaving. We were in a rush so unfortunately didn't notice until on the road again.

Would love to know what little jobsworth was serving at 8am this morning, makes me wait at speaker 10 mins just to go and serve other people, there is always something at this McDonald's! Me and my partner eat here several times a week, not anymore.. long long way to go to get up to the standards of pretty much every other McDonald's I've been too!

Went to try the McPlant. It's not the best thing I've ever eaten, but it was pleasant and mostly warm. Venue was packed, but the staff were doing a grand job getting people through as quickly as possible, so hats off to them!

I love using their order bays where you can order from your phone once you park up! So convenient. It would be perfect if they offered you sauces when they dropped your food off or if you could add them to your order on the app or kiosk without having to go to the counter. Orders are very rarely wrong; however, this has happened once before. I wanted to leave a good review as I go often and felt like I should leave my opinion. Food always fresh and fries are perfect and hot! Staff who drop off my order are very polite!

Feeling McHappy about vegan options 👍 Very busy at school out time but didn't wait long for our meals. Only wish fish burgers and apple pies didn't cause delays in prep but I'm assuming they're not as popular. Good well kept store with lovely staff

In this location when there are more customers than usual they manage to brake the sync between their menu and the app so you can't order from the app. Besides the fact that most of times the car park for click and serve are occupied with parked cars and no driver inside or other person. For this 1 star. If i had the option -3 starts i would tick that, lucky you i don't have it. I wonder why this shop manager is not able to coordinate everything smoth and why they allow cars parking on click and serve places.

They tend prioritise uber/just eat deliveries, when we are all paying customers. There was at least a dozen cars all parked up awaiting simple breakfast meals, but all we saw was loads of delivery drivers getting served. All to quick to take our money, but way too slow on service. There should be time penalties for drive through as well.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience going in this McDonald’s - only ordered 3 McFlurrys but it took 30 mins after ordering inside. Once we got them, 2 of them were only half full and 1 (as pictured) had a hair in it. They did however remake it and it was fine. Nobody was wearing hairnets so that’s one thing they could change, seemed like so many staff with so little going on.

Went McDonald's Trowbridge tonight and it is clear that they have taken on more than they can handle, Drive Through was so long that went inside to place my order...big mistake..placed my order arrived 1820 hrs got our cold overcooked food at 1859hrs, this facility is dealing with Drive through, eat in, take away and home delivery. Looking through to cooking area it was covered in fries on the floor, staff standing around waiting for cooked food to come through, felt sorry for staff who knew wait time was a joke, this restaurant can not handle volume of orders and quality is slipping ad a result, won't be going back.

On a day trip to the area my son took me to McDonald's for lunch. We had the 2 beefburgers burger with bacon meal plus a chocolate milkshake. Absolutely delicious! Long queue which moved quickly. Very impressed! (am not a McDonald's customer usually but think I will visit again).
