Nando's in Wiltshire

Staff very friendly and professional, however, we waited 2 hours for our food after ordering. The food was nice but not worth the price. Overall it was an ok experience but for me the staff made it.

Great customer service when they mis-heard my order, and corrected it with a friendly attitude. One of the better Nandos in the region.Back again, this time waiting 20 minutes plus for 2 wraps takeaway!

Me and my Fiancee went here last night we don't go here very often as the times we have been in the distant past have been meh below average at best. Last night well what can I say, EVERYTHING was cooked to perfection, we got chicken wings and they were the best wings I have ever tasted the meat just fell off the bones. Definitely will be returning soon! Chef/s you are my new favourite people

Ordered take out at workArrived quickly but so disappointedOrdered a grilled chicken pitta & side salad.Chicken was very dry and tasteless, salad was a few leaves, 2 tiny tomatoes and 2 lumps of cucumber very small amount. Expected more for the cost.

Staff friendly and service quick. One thing that did put us off was the dirty seats! We sat on the fabric chairs, never seen such dirty seats in a restaurant. They need changing asap. Poor show Nando's.

Food was absolutely amazing, the big guy chef was cooking the chicken., very nice and succulent. Would highly recommend

Came in here last week with my girlfriend. The staff were friendly and quick however we did have to send my girlfriends meal back as there was a hair in it…! I ordered the extra hot which I found was only mild and not very hot at all! The music playing in the restaurant was so loud I could barely hear myself think so it was lucky the service was quick! The price was reasonable especially with the bottomless drinks however from this experience I wouldn’t recommend visiting.

First time.Shocking service.Food was ok but not alot for your buck!Only four tables in at the time and the staff weren't attentive all, asked 3 different staff for mayonnaise, asked two different staff for the childs dessert who'd been patiently waiting 15mins.Had to ask for adults dessert who had also been waiting.Had to ask for drinks to be topped up as no longer allowed to do it yourself.Food served on chipped platesAs times are tough and people are choosing carefully about where to spend their money, I'd recommend somewhere else.Sorry Nados, need to up the game. Show your customers you are there for them and put some love in to what you do.
