Very helpful staff lovely and warm when weather outside was awful and reasonably priced food and drinks staying in Trowbridge for the weekend will return if we visit again

Food was well presented, drinks cheap, staff very courteous, great place to chill out.

Took the kids for a meal in here today and I must say the food was quick hot and the kids portions were more then what I expected absolutely delicious. The staff were polite and on point with the serving of food and making sure we had everything we needed. Going back tomorrow can't wait 🤗 🙌 😌

Most of the staff are friendly & very efficient. Some however need to be a little more customer aware. One thing that would vastly improve things, would be if staff made checks on customers to make sure their meals were ok.

After a nice day trip with my partner, was lovely to get some hot food together. Ordered through the App.

Went in for a big breakfast this morning, never again. Guess you get what you pay for..cold food, under cooked toast, burnt bacon, greasy hash browns and rubbery eggs. The only good thing was the sausages! Also cold coffee..yuk! We won't be returning any time soon.

One the nicest Spoons we have visited in the last few months. We'll dressed and helpful staff. Hot food and cooked peas, for a change, Mostly standard table seating and not too many high tables to climb up on. Car park close by and short walk through the park to the outlet. Recommended.

Thought I would give this place another try.!Yet I wish I had not bothered.Staff :zero personality, zero enthusiasm, messy surroundings. It seems that they don't particularly want to be there. I know weatherspoons has a reputation for some of the dregs of society to frequent being that it provides cheap bear etc etc. However not all customers are in this league. And would appreciate SOME type of customer service. Other than a grunt or that vacant/glazed stare. That type of look that makes you actually wonder is the anything between those EARS.!!! The foul language between staff is disgusting and this was the females! Dull drab and depressing just like the staff.!!!

Weekend away so stopped off here for some refreshments.Typical Witherspoons ordered with the app very quick service , hot food and very reasonably priced food and best prices for liquid refreshments including bottomless coffee at £1.35.And a good latte too.I think this was an old cinema, l love the way that they utilise and maintain the original character of the building 🙂.
