Old Royal Ship Inn in Wiltshire

Another great visit and meal here. Can highly recommend the Old Royal Ship as we've been coming here since 1984.

The food is AMAZING and the staff are always friendly and lovely. A wonderful country pub 😍

By far the best breakfast in the Malmesbury area. Very well priced and plenty for everyone's taste. Been many times over the last month and has always been on point without fail.

Preface to say we dined off-peak (after 3:00 PM).The host (and our server) was delightful.Our meal was delicious and also nicely plated. Vegetable lasagna with aubergine (eggplant), mushrooms, peppers, more vegetables and lots of cheese. Excellent garlic bread. Photo is after a few forkfuls were taken.The interior of the restaurant was quite bright and cheerful, even on a rainy day.5 / 5.

Good food, friendly staff. Nice surroundings. Husband rated the burger Best he's ever had! Would highly recommend.

Stopped in for lunch. My wife had the sea bass and I had the club sandwich. Large portions, the sea bass was fantastic and the sandwich would satisfy anyone after a day tilling the fields. Great ambiance and friendly staff.

Lovely food. Nice atmosphere. Average service, hour long wait for food despite not being busy...

On the plus side it's a pleasant place, nice atmosphere, friendly serving staff. On the minus side we waited an hour for our food, on a not particularly busy night. I had a tagine that was delicious, but my partner had a goat's cheese tart that was bland, served with a lame excuse for a salad, and undercooked boiled potatoes, one of which was bad.

Lovely meal for my sister in law s birthday. Travelled from South Wales and it was worth it. Well cooked food and good selection to chose from.

Great pub, great food, great staff.Always have a good time here whether calling in for drinks with friends or having a meal.Great menu of pub classics combined with excellent specials.Has kept going throughout the lockdowns offering the same great quality as take away.The whole team are great fun and really welcoming.
