Always lovely food. A little expensive. Reception staff always friendly.

We buy fairly regularly from Peking House and never disappointed. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a take away from there

I've been ordering Malaysian padtai (38A) it was always rice noodles, by default. Today they made it with egg wheat noodles, failed to mention it so I only found it back at home. I called them but they just said sorry and haven't offered to redo the order. It's a pity - money down the drain and the St Valentines mood, too. I will not order there again and do not recommend you to do so.

Used to be good, but not anymore. Gave them a couple of tries recently and was hugely disappointed on both occasions. Last time it was when they quietly changed the recipe (for cheaper ingredients) but haven't updated the menu; when I discovered that after arriving home & called to discuss the problem - told me they'd always done it that way and that the quality noodles had to be a special order. Needles to say they didn't agree to redo the order. Won't shop there again - there's plenty of more customer-friendly Chinese takeaway places in RWB.

Messed up the order and didn't offer any replacement. Very disappointed with the service.

Very disappointing. This is our go to Chinese but our meal was cold and one of the dishes was wrong. When I called them up the owner refused to refund the cost of the wrong dish and said we can have the whole thing re cooked. We were not willing to return as we plated the meal up and settled down. Very poor customer service. My advise would be to focus on the quality of the orders rather that the amount of orders you can churn out.Not a happy customer.

Ordered the Saigon Tuang chicken which was lovely, spicy and full of flavour, plus their Yung Chow Special Fried rice which was also lovely plus their Crispy Chilli Beef - which was divine!Seriously good, not drowned in sauce so it goes soggy - some of the best I've ever had. We both loved the whole meal and will definitely order the Crispy Chilli Beef again 🤗

I have been going to this Chinese for years and always found it to be the best Chinese takeaway in Swindon and the surrounding area (especially the chilli beef!). However I would always collect it as had bad experience with delivery where we were told it would be 30-45 minutes but turned out to be an hour an a half!

I've used Peking House many times now and their food is very good quality so I can't fault them there. On a couple occasions now we have ordered the vegetarian spring rolls and have found prawns and meat in them. If it's written up as VEGETARIAN it should be VEGETARIAN. Not anything different. So for that they receive a 1 star review as I believe the care taken in their food preparation isn't great at all. Sadly they won't be having my custom anymore.They wanted to compensate me with a portion of PRAWN crackers. I think they don't fully understand the meaning of vegetarian.

Great food, great service!!We order from here usually once a week (the exact same thing to) and without fail it tastes lush! The delivery team are very friendly too!Keep up the great work!
