Food is really bad the lady I spoke to manger is very rude with her words will never let my dog eat from here

My favourite Chinese in Amesbury. I've eaten from here a fair few times. Collection and delivery. Never had an issue food has always been good and cooked quickly.

Amazing staff and always amazing food they are top shelf service and when it comes to the food I would recommend the honk Kong pork and rice and sweet and sour chicken balls, they was amazing.

Terrible , sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style is not Hong Kong style, no batter , chicken tasted boiled and wasn't cooked properly , very snotty and jelly like, see photos.Rice bland,Peaking duck was pure fat and extremely soggy, only came with 4 pancakes.

Having had some truly awful Chinese takeaways from other places in the last couple of years it was a sheer joy to receive our meal from the Phoenix tonight. I had almost not bothered after so many dissappointments, but this meal was absolutely delicious. Rich tasty sauces, generous meat and prawn content. At this standard, I will definitely be back for more.

Great service and great tasting food. We’ve used Phoenix on a few occasions and always found the food to be hot and as ordered and delivery made quickly. Tonight, despite it being New Years Eve, when they must be really busy, our food arrived hot and only just outside the timeframe given. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for takeout.

Still waiting for the order to be completed and delivered 1 hour and 40 minutes later! Was offered some free chips when a driver came back, in the meantime the rest of the food is drying up in the oven! 😡

l get an order delivered every Friday, l have never had a problem, drivers are all very courteous. The food is excellent, the chef specials that they do can''t be had at other Chinese's in the area. l have read some of the negative reviews and of course they are based on their experience, but this is by far the busiest Chinese takeaway in the area, when you deal with that much food things can go wrong. The owners are very nice people, always happy to chat if you go for collection. l can only write my review based on my experience too, in a year of using them every week they have never got an order wrong, other takeaways in the area do this is all the time and it is so frustrating. l would definitely recommend this takeaway
