Pinewood Take Away in Wiltshire

Great fish and chips, quickly prepared & served. Whilst portion sizes have become understandably smaller, I'd prefer to pay more rather than see the shop struggle. Pleased to see the shop is *very* busy on a Friday.

Shop seems to be under new management, was skeptical at first, after a few visits I can say they’re they best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Will be visiting this chippy often in the near future, would definitely recommend!

What a shame used to be such a good chippy, went in today, mushy pea fritter was brown and microwaved, chips overcooked in oil that obviously needs changing….. safe to say it went in the bin 🤮☹️

Bought this eve.thin fish 4 cod.batter thr darkest we have ever seen from a chippy..quite soggy.chips not that great.wont be going bk.

No fuss lovely portion to keep u going. Friendly staff. Much better than most chippys I've been to. Keep it up

seen many good reviews and gave this place a try, must be under new management because the food was atrocious, those chips were never fresh, not a chance .. chips should not have a rubber like texture

I’m really impressed, location is a little tucked away but it’s worth looking for! Food cooked to order, probably best fish and chips I’ve had in Salisbury and at half restaurant price

The Last time we visited and every previous time was amazing, great food plentiful portions.It seems the place could be under new management as it's all new staff and the food is definitely different. We ordered 2 large cod and chips and the cod was more like a small, it also had very thin tasteless batter that just fell off. The chips were ok. The whole meal was just ok, no where near the standard we have had previously. Gutted we're going have to find a new chippy.

Im not that impressed to be honest. The cod was so flat it was flatter than a piece of battered plaice and was greasy the chips weren't much better to be honest. I Was highly disappointed

Decided to try this fish bar & was not disappointed. We ordered 2 haddock & a large cod... Batter was not greasy and fish cooked perfectly. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely will be returning 😊😋
