Pizza Hut in Wiltshire

This was our first visit to Pizza Hut and it was a treat for our Grandchildren. We were so impressed with not only the quality of the food but how staff went out of their way to help and interact with the customers. Amy our waitress was more than helpful and engaged with our grandchildren. This will encourage a return visit by us and we will recommend to family and friends.

Tasty vegan options, fresh salad with dressings (most of them are vegan), friendly servers, clean bathrooms

Awful!!! Paid £25 for lunchtime menu (to include desert). Both pasta dishes had runout and were not replenished, all 5 pizza (what was left of them) tasted identical - the ice cream was also tasteless. Both raspberry and chocolate sauces were empty and despite the fact it is 10 degrees and raining, the air conditioning was blasting down the back of our necks (dispute moving 3 times!). No wonder the restaurant was empty!! I’ll be contacting head office!

Pizza lovely BUT take away takes too long, even though they say 10 mins ... 25 mins later and they finally arrived,even people who had pre ordered over the phone they were sat there for at least 15 mins so on that basis I wouldn't bother getting take out unless you are prepared to wait 🙄 go into the actual restaurant you will probably get served quicker !

The staff are nice and the pizza was nice toilets were not good! And the sauces especially the mayonnaise was not good!! Although there were a few tables empty we were given a table right next to someone (like pretty much sat at the same table as us) I thought with covid about they may have put us at a good social distance! The salad was past it's best, we did go in the evening but still it should be refreshed! Not the worst place I've eaten but I wont be going back. Probably good as a pit stop if you're travelling and want a break

When ordering on the app, I accidentally ordered a wrong pizza in our order. Completely my fault and expected to pay for the replacement, but the manager sorted it for us for free. Very friendly staff and great service.

No heating, took an age to get our glasses for the bottomless drinks, food under the table we was given. Food was okay, had better pizza from a supermarket that cost alot less. It's all cashless now, scan code on table, order, pay all worked okay, but the staff still bring food, glasses etc without gloves so why contactless ordering and payment??? Salad bar was not filled up, bowl was dirty. Won't be in a rush to come back here sadly.

Badly organized takeaway.Same prices as eat in and no deals.No process for letting you know when your pizza is ready, you have to ask and then they check in the back.Very stingy on toppings, virtually no cheese.Asking for extra napkins for the sharing pizza yielded a total of two napkins.Might have been three stars for eat in where they also have some deals with the salad bar but avoid for takeaway.

The salad bar is lacking a bit from what I last remember there wasn't much variety. However the starters, pizza and dessert we had was lovely. The food all came out quickly, so wasn't much waiting around. If I had one thing to say I with they'd include a bottle of drink in the deals for 3+ people like they do with the individual ones. Overall though I was really happy eating here.

Manageress was very friendly, pointed out a cheaper deal on the menu. Pizza was made very quickly and in the time promised (10 mins)Hands down the best Pizza hut I have ever had.
