Have been in this branch twice in 4 days - first on a weekday and then on a Saturday. Feels quite modern but service is consistently poor - very slow and lack lustre. Lots of gaps on the shelf. Normally a big fan of pret but not this branch - had the vibe of a company shortly before it goes bankrupt.

I was in this place this morning and i was very disappointed with this experience !! Very dirty tables, bathrooms and the floor was awful dirty, wet with water falling from the air conditioner. I communicated to the staff so as to put a signal about wet floor, but unfortunately they ignored me so risking that someone could get hurt.Very bad especially when Pret is favourite cafe in my city.

Enjoy the coffee range, wide selection of hot and cold food, fresh fruit, always enjoy visiting..

Dire, especially at weekends, loud music, manager loudly spoken so forget about a quite lunch, tables never seemed to be sanitised, food overpriced and pastries undercooked,

Found a branch of this in Salisbury. Good food and a decent cup of tea. However I found a sign about the counter misleading as it said to queue at a certain place if paying by cash and as I wasn't queued elsewhere but had to go back to where the sign was.

Great food and fast service but not fast food, good food done quickly, friendly people who work there and always happy to help which makes all the difference in the world.

·

Dirty place and rude staff more interested in chatting to mates sat at the counter than serving. A let down for Pret.

I believe that they are a bit over priced. However, I think they have the best croissants in the UK, not as good as the ones in France though. Their drinks are not rich with flavor I have to say, it’s very watery, but does the job. I like the idea that you can subscribe for one month to get 5 free drinks per day but if you’re looking for a strong flavor then it’s definitely not the place to go to. Théy have a great variety of sandwiches as well and EXTREMELY sweet cookies and bars.

Losing hope with Pret the bathrooms are shocking. They stock certain foods in one pret and not another like omelettes they discontinue drinks made with soya and beef broth. Going down Pret I reviewed this place two years ago it was even worse when I visited yesterday I had an iced latte that tasted like they forgot the coffee and my partners latte was the same it tasted only of milk and it was cold. At least the drink two years ago were good.
