Prezzo in Wiltshire

We've been few times and each time recieved good service and food is actually very nice, it's our favourite Italian food chain. Very good for what it markets itself as. Staff hard working managed by what seems a capable manager who is always hands on. Thank you

I could not believe it. We ordered 2 x Chicken Taglitelli Pasta Alfredo with parmesan cheese costing £15 each. I asked for extra parmesan. Mine came with just 2 pieces chicken, which was made of reconstituted chicken, the pasta sauce like dish water and you couldn't taste the parmesan. I called the waiter who appeared shocked, as if I had eaten more chicken but she did return it to the kitchen and I did get several more pieces but the taste was awful. On top of that I was charged £5.50 for a small glass oh house white wine. It will take an awful lot to get me back through their doors.

Our waitress ,(guessing more senior member of staff wearing black) couldn't have been more welcoming she was so friendly and helpful made our first family meal out in more than 2 years a lovely experience 😀

Really lovely staff here who really care and go over and beyond to make your dining experience a great one! Trowbridge is definitely the best Prezzo!

Just had a very enjoyable meal. The food was excellent and staff were polite and friendly. First time for us at a Prezzo.'s but definitely not the last.

It’s hard to put into words what a great place the Prezzo Trowbridge really is! As always Tereza , Raquel and all of the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. They were all very attentive for us too, despite it being a busy Saturday night! The food was hot, tasty and plentiful and the drinks enjoyableI honestly wouldn’t have gone anywhere else!Thank you to Tereza , Raquel ,Pavel and all the Staff!! ❤️

Most amazing staff and service! My family eat here regularly and not only is the food always delicious but the service is impeccable! All of the staff treat you like family, particularly if you eat here regularly you'll get 5* service! Danny in particular is a real sweetheart!

Lovely food and great customer service, been coming here since it opened.

They were able to seat us right away and our server Annie was super nice and helpful! The food was fantastic and it was a really lovely dining experience after a long day!

Had a very nice meal here. Service was good. Didn't have to wait too long for anything to come out. Food was tasty. Would recommend.
