Went with my twin toddlers and recent teenager. The children were hideous as expected, however the staff were absolutely fantastic. Cannot thank our lovely waitress enough for the recommendations and excellent cleaning up after my daughter spilt her drink (amazing coolers as in the picture!). Not local to Salisbury, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others purely based on the service recieved. The food was great as well 😁

My daughter and I was visiting on a trip from America. We wanted a more local experience. We were on a very tight timeline. This staff was amazing!! They understood our need to get back to our tour group but we’re committed to giving us the best food experience possible without feeling rushed. They went above and beyond to recognize our need for a bit of solace and some comfort in dining. So gracious!! I was further blown away by their commitment to causes like Ukraine and Make a Wish. These folks are socially conscious which makes my purchase feel that much better. The food was the best on our entire trip. The quality and presentation were magnificent. It didn’t feel like “just another lunch spot”. Thank you Prezzo team for making these tired travelers feel like we were at home!

Living some distance away this was the first time I had eaten here since the first lockdown. I was not disappointed! It was as I remembered if not better. Quality food, brilliant service and a lovely atmosphere. I only wish I lived closer because it would be my restaurant of choice. Thank you!

Great menu, food, drinks and service.

Very busy and service a bit slow. Food was nice.

Our party consisted of 8 people ranging in age from 7 to 74 years old.We waited for one hour and twenty minutes for our food to arrive. It was clearly a very busy evening and as far as we could tell there were only two people bringing food up from the kitchen. The staff were clearly rushed off their feet! They did their best but the slowness of the service spoilt the evening for us - it was the birthday of one of the party, but the children were “starving” by the time we were served, and one of the older ladies was in extreme discomfort from sitting so long (rheumatoid arthritis). We would never book so large a group again, and it’s unlikely we will ever return to this particular branch of Prezzo.

Food was tasty however the lobster ravioli was a very small portion. It took a long time to take our drinks order. The waiter was very friendly and had a laugh with us. Reasonable value for money.

Good pizza and tasty tomato sauce, recommended, expensive soft drinks

Packed on a mid week. Reservations required. Always a good sign. I was sat upstairs. The pecorino and honey tortallini starter was tasty. And at five pieces for six pound was expensive. The pizza was good quality with a good selection of meats. The drink was expensive. So I guess you get what you pay for. Would have been five stars if a little less expensive.
