Firstly can I say the pub is looking fantastic, the new decor is lovely and a thumbs up from me 👍. As you can see by the pictures the meals were huge, quality was first class and prices very reasonable... Thank you all, we had a lovely time and will be back 👍😊

Good food and real ale. Dog friendly, very nice staff. I didn't recognise the inside at all! First time in since the remodeling. Looks great

Great food, super friendly, and the bar is basically a bottle shop. Perfect for people watching, and the locals are a right good crowd.

We went without a reservation, but the lady serving us was very lovely and got us a table, the food was really nice, there was some wait time but it is to be expected.

Nice places to eat with friendly staff. A great selection of food, all at good prices. I would visit again. Recommended.

Arrived 45 minutes earlier than planned. Grabbed a drink at the bar and relaxed. Sever took us to our table after we finished the drinks. Starters arrived a few minutes later followed by mains and desserts. Meals are delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Happy to return and recommend it! Thank you 😃

Acting busy on a Monday night with completely empty tables (London fine dining prices with a sausage attached)- no take away cups for a cup of tea so I am warming up in my car. Just come prepared and don’t expect anything from this place but snarky attitude. Here is a picture of them being fake fully booked with no one inside.

The recent refurbishing has made a calm and stunning atmosphere in what was a slightly tired village pub. The new menu is extensive and caters for all. The updated menu includes special offers on certain nights. There is a beautiful sitting area surrounded by planters which make the outside much more pleasant and safe to sit in. There are unusual new bike racks to keep your bikes safe during your stay. Overall this make over has enhanced the whole experience and definitely can recommend a visit

Charming restaurant in Avebury offering standard (delicious) British pub fare. A great place for a family meal or date night, if you're in the area.
