Had a late brunch/lunch here. Food delicious, tea and coffee good. Lovely service. Definitely will be back

Came in on shrove Tuesday - myself and my wife had the pancakes and a normal breakfast which was very very good!! I Highly recommend!!

·

Special place. Converted from 17th century pub. Excellent menu and service.

What a fabulous find - The Angel is a wonderful cafe: it has been beautifully and imaginatively redecorated. The food and service were excellent. Added bonus- managed to pick up some melts and room spray from the talented Ginger & Wild (the car smelt of Christmas all the way home!) not to mention some great bowl covers from Hunter Gatherer. Will definitely recommend and look forward to a return visit.

A great place to stay for a weekend getaway. A lovely spacious room and a very comfy bed. There is ample parking to the front of the Angel and the rear entrance after hours worked seamlessly with the keypad entry system.

Spent a scorching sunny morning walking to the Angel from Malmesbury, good for both appetite and thirst! The Eggs Benedict and the Croque Monsieur were excellent. Decent portions and delicious. Great service, attentive but not intrusive. Lovely atmosphere, highly recommended.

A Great little cafe, seating outside to the front where you can watch the world go by, seating in the rear courtyard as well as indoors. A nice selection of cakes as well as other items from the menu, all washed down with a tea or coffee. Very clean & tidy.

Had a great family weekend utilising all four rooms. We were made to feel very welcome and were really pleased with the quality, cleanliness and presentation of the accommodation. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms of the highest standard. A fabulous old building, the interior of which has all been modernised, with a spacious café and attractive outside seating area at the rear. Plenty of parking in the wide main street, which is surprisingly quiet at night. The village is charming, with one of the river Avons floating passed nearby and lots of interesting cottages and historic houses. The Angel is the 'only one in the village' (cafe with rooms), as are the Rattlebone Inn and The Bridge Indian restaurant, both of which we would also highly recommend. Our meal in The Bridge was exceptional. The Angel and Sherston are a great base to explore the area, where there is much of interest. Not much sign of Marvin Gaye but we'll be back...

Super nice coffee whilst out on a ride. Could've bought some of the lovely looking cakes as well if we didn't already have fodder. Will mark this as a top stop.
