Terrible customer service, employee cut me off when i tried to make my order. Did not let me even finish my sentence. An older guy with a beard and dark hair, think he was the manager which makes it even worse that he’s setting this standard to his employees.Such a rude + patronising tone to someone just trying to make a simple order.

Generally very nice, but some servers are more generous than others. You can ask for more, but then why should you?

Clean, wide open spaces to move about, food good, lots of choice-my fav; salad with chicken...

Rude service. Spoken to badly by the staff..not on

None of the staff are wearing masks and the attitude from the oldest member of staff (long dark hair in ponytail) is horrific. He was sarcastic and patronising when simply just asking questions about what was in a certain sub. It doesn't take much to be friendly and polite, especially when myself, the customer is trying to be kind. The younger members of staff are lovely and welcoming but the older colleague needs to not take his anger out on customers and just learn to treat people with respect. - My order was wrong too but didn't dare say as didn't want to cause more agro.

We order our subways on the app and collect in store, our last 2 orders have been wrong. In our order 2 weeks ago the salads and sauces were been muddled in all of our sandwiches, and in our order today my sandwich was burnt, missing the sauce and most of the salad. Really disappointing.

No complaints. Same as other places. They all serve the dame food so not much to say in that. Location makes it difficult if you feel like a subway. You would need to park and pay £1.20 unless your in the town already.
