Okay subway, service was very quick.

Absolutely lovely staff, fresh and tasty food.

regular customers of subway. this is one of our locals. staff really friendly. and generous with the size of fillings

The subways were tasty although one of the ladies behind the counter seemed to be having a bad day with her attitude.

Great vegan additions to their menu and all clearly labelled. Hope they keep the vegan cookies! Nice tidy store, friendly staff

The young girl in there has an awful attitude towards work & was so rude. She chucked together ingredients when asked to spread them out she shrugged her shoulders. I was then asked to then stick the nacho box together myself as she couldn’t do so. Service was awful. If you can’t make a sandwich or don’t want to be there then dont.

Staying in the hotel next door so have been coming here for breakfast yesterday's was great. Today how ever my daughter's sausage 6inch was rock hard like a boulder she couldn't even bite into it . When you tried to break it in half the whole thing just crumbled . Upon asking the member of staff could we swap the burnt hard sub she said it's because it had gone cold. This was not true the sausage was still warm inside and we had only been sat at our table a few minutes. She is the only member of staff in here and her attitude towards the customers is so short like she doesn't want to be here. This is very disappointing . Maybe she could do with a second member of staff here to help her out so she isn't juggling as much all on her own maybe then she will be able to be more polite with a smile on her face. Tables all could do with a clean too . Masks left behind my lazy customers on two tables is a bit gross. Poor lady just doesn't seem to have time to clean them whilst doing everything else

Been coming here for a long time and never had a bad experience. The older ladies that work there are fantastic quick and friendly. However came in on 10th September and the young girl serving was utterly useless. There were 3 of us in there that's all and both my mates were served so slowly l was waiting over 10 minutes just to get served and then made to feel l was an inconvenience being there. By the time l finally got my meal my 2 mates had already finished theres meaning l ate on my own. If we had come in as we usually do on our 30 minute lunch break we would have had to abandon and go back to work. Painfully slow and terrible service. Very disappointing.
