A nice Sunday roast plesent and friendly atmosphere

Was there for a event with friends and family and had a great time

Stayed there as a friend had his birthday party there. Nice big Pub, friendly barman, and although I missed checkout time by an hour as I over enduldged at the bar the staff were understanding

Food was ok but not much meat in the pie. 2 course meal is starter and main, we ordered a pudding and when we went to pay we were told puddings are not included in the 2 course!!

Great food good service..lovely sunday carvery.

Stopped for a break from driving after being caught in a traffic jam in Ringwood which was horrendous.The break was just what we needed, after a soft drink resumed driving.The premises had changed hands since my last visit, its gone down in my opinion most probably will not return.

Food and service great. Children's play equipment wasn't very safe. Other than that a lovely visit.

I was one of a group of six “seniors” who visited The Bull just a few days ago for a drink and a snack lunch. It was a weird set-up, the bar being run by the hotel itself whilst the kitchen seemed to be run as a separate franchise. I say appeared because, having waited an hour for 6 very simple toasted sandwich type snacks, the barman really wasn’t interested when I queried the long wait.Shortly after my conversation with said barman, a young girl shuffled from the kitchen and announced that they are very busy dealing with an order for a table of 7. (not sure where they were hiding them though as we appeared to be their only customers ( other than an old fellow with his dog who kept farting……. the dog that is)All in all, given that pubs have been begging to re-open, a pretty lethargic staff have turned what was once a very nicely run village pub into. a real dive run by air- heads. What a missed opportunity 🤔

Had a wonderful Sunday lunch here today and was really impressed. Very friendly and helpful server, great service and delicious food. Also a one-way system in place which helps people feel safe. We will definitely return, and I hope when I do they'll have some non-dairy milk for the coffee and a vegan pudding, as this was the only thing missing! Luckily I was full from the main meal anyway!!

First visit, friendly reception but sadly no food as chef unwell!!
