Lovely rooms, lovely welcome. Attentiveness was not quite there. Slow with evening meal, and there was no condiments at breakfast.

The roast I had today was beyond excellent! Lovely homely atmosphere, staff very accommodating, am looking forward to going back.

Nice pub. , friendly staff , good menu. Worth a visit , where else is there a Dalek outside .. Aldbourne is a lovely village to mooch around. Parking sometimes an issue when busy.

This is just the best pub in town, friendly staff, amazing food, a lovely local country pub with fantastic meat draw on the first Saturday of every month starting at 5pm.

After a breakdown I had a room booked through work And what a enjoyable stay I had. Staff were very polite and friendly , the room was well equipped with a lovely hot shower, very comfy bed. Breakfast was very hearty and good quality well cooked food. Overall a enjoyable experience.

My lovely local. Great food and friendly staff. The clientele on a Friday night can turn the air blue so perhaps not a family venue of an evening however the restaurant area is ideal for families. It's a really cosy pub and we'll worth a visit

Nice and welcoming pub with an open fire and a quiet restaurant area. We went for lunch. Food was nice but waited a long time for it although it didn't seem that busy.

Only ever been here as a customer of the pub so can't comment on the hotel side of things. The pub is alright and has both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating is nice and the fire make it nice and toasty during the winter. It can get busy and with a relatively small indoor seating area it can quickly feel cramped and over crowded. There is also no dedicated customer parking. There are some spots out front around the pond and up some side streets but other than that you might struggle to park nearby.

Lovely location, friendly staff and good straightforward food - highly recommended. If I am passing I find it hard not to call in. The bar area is open and social and range of gin impressive. Great for a quiet lunch too.
