Family of 5, Sunday lunch, 2 children and three adults.We all had something different, the silverside beef was tender and well cooked, the pork belly was soft and the crackling crispy, amazing roast potatoes and great Yorkshire puddings.All the be desserts were home made and really luxurious and the service was spot on.We will definitely visit again and can't recommend enough.

First time we have been back since it was renovated. New owners are doing a great job, lovely vibe to the place, friendly atmosphere and great service. Food was delicious and we will most definitely be returning!

Used to be my local but I still go in there good on beers and they do different gin and I do Sunday roast and it's good 10 out of 10 a place to go to to have Sunday lunch

What a gem of a place. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was superb and very economical priced. With a great bar, and more gins than you can shake a stick at, definitely worth a visit. Thank you for a great Sunday lunch. Definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Lovely pub. First time in and out was great. Very welcoming, great garden area. Family and dog friendly too. Frankie was a great host and added to the welcoming experience. We will be back. 👍

Friendly and welcoming staff and warm and inviting pub/hotel that has facilities to Stay over weather it be camp/stay when booked. Sunday dinner/lunch was excellent deffo value for money but pre book just in case

Restaurant reopened with new captains at the controls, nice light decor, warm friendly welcome, light pleasant atmosphere. Food selection is reasonable as are the prices, the quality and quantity are excellent staff are attentive and friendly. The food is cooked to order so if you want instant food go to McDonalds, if you want a good quality meal, pleasant staff and surroundings, you won't go far wrong with the Duke.Nice garden at the back and your well behaved dogs are welcome with plenty of treats for them tooThe hotel is very good too, I use it as an overflow when I have lots of visitors staying over
