Best Sunday roast I’ve had for a long time.Lovely country pub with friendly staff great atmosphere. Dog friendly as well

Ordered a cheese salad as stated on the menu it was supposed to come with new potatoes BUT I was given a cheese baguette with salad on the side. I still had to ask if new potatoes came with it. Even the lady bringing food out said he had made the wrong thing. No offer to get me what I had actually ordered or no discount offered for their mistake.

One of my top 3 favourite pubs I love this place. I like to stop here with my mummy. I enjoys the food very much and I love the owners dogs as well very friendly dogs. This pub is Autistic friendly as I have Autism. This pub do yummy Food and drinks with a big pub garden so you can enjoy the amazing surroundings and plenty of parking and has very clean toilets and nice furnishings. I also had some lovely meals here with my family. I took my Grandad here as a thank you meal for wallpapering my bedroom and he loved it very much. I will definitely be back for more yummy foodIt is hereby satisfied that the following pub (The Horseshoe Inn) is Autistic friendly and has been tested and approved by Ben ✅⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good pub. Pity we missed the food deadline of 2.30pm

A very nice pub with a great garden suitable for safely distanced socialising and house wine was quite good. However, I was told that the food I was ordering was gluten free although it was not - I got “glutened” and have been in pain and exhausted for 4 days now. I should have taken note of the warning bells in my head when I asked about gluten, as the lady at the bar didn’t seem very convincing when she said the chips and the raspberry “pavlova” were gluten free - it was a family reunion and I didn’t want to make a fuss, which was my fault.Incidentally, the pavlova was not pavlova - it was a bought meringue with whipped cream and fruit. Nice enough, but not pavlova.

This place is a gem!! The owners are really lovely. We take our children in for food and drinks and they could not be more accommodating (especially understanding with my two noise monsters). Good array of drinks, wine selection could be better but if they don't sell very much, not any real concern. Food is superb, just a portion of chips and a sandwich is a real delight. Have been for a couple of meals and will be attending for more. Main meals, are locally sourced and delicious. Clean, tidy and well priced.

This place is fantastic. Food is lovely and very good value. Drinks are similar in price to other pubs around Marlborough. Service is first class, bearing in mind we have two children who are demanding to say the very least. Staff were patient and polite, plus extremely welcoming. Specials menu is really good, along with the main. Homemade Lasagna was delicious as well as the Steak Pie.

We love this place. The welcome is always warm and the food is delicious. We often visit as a family and when its cold, the fire is inviting and when it's warm the huge beer garden is enjoyed by the children. The prices are very reasonable, the staff lovely and the choices for food is extensive.

Fantastic food, drink and atmosphere. Delicious fresh food was served hot, and promptly. We had the veggie burger, curry, gammon egg and chips and four kids meals. All plates left clean!Made very welcome by landlords Pam and John. Played board games with friends. A great night!

A proper country pub. Nice chairs around a blazing fire, roses around the door, nice gardens, car park, good pub grub, reasonable selection of beers, great customer service, beautiful countryside, has locals and visitors, not gentrified or artificial, - the essence of a English country pub. If you are after the sort of English countryside pub you would see on a film or tv production, this is it!I'm going g back again for sure!
