Couldn’t be more understanding and professional if they tried! Last night had went for a lovely meal here and a few drinks- My partner has autism and requires having her golden retriever dog with her 24/7- they couldn’t of been more understanding. Lovely smiley staff- amazing experience!

Quite a large pub and very much spaced out so your not sat on top of other customer and some space out back. Large selection of food and drink and very reasonable prices. Staff come across friendly and helpful. Nice flowing river just outside the main door. Thanks for my visit

We had a most comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was great, our meals were too. All the folk there were very welcoming, especially Shannon, who was most hospitable. Thank You!

Nice building, cider okay.... Vegan breakfast is still disgusting. The sausages tasted like rank fish and the toast came with dairy butter. Is it a ploy to discourage veganism? I suppose it was better than being served a fried egg as that did last year.

Not a welcoming Wetherspoons. Feels a wee bit grotty. Not particularly clean. Staff didn't clean tables as they cleared them. It didn't feel hygienically safe. Not a place I would recommend. Far better Wetherspoons to visit. As a footnote, the disabled toilet was very unpleasant.

Stayed one night in Salisbury booked a double room we arrived about 7pm got given the room key they had given us a twin room didn’t bother to exchange as we we’re hungry due to a long journey, had a night cap in the bar it was very cold had to leave our coats on staff looked miserable, arrived back to the room late evening couldn’t get the heating to work my husband went to see staff said they would send someone to take a look no one arrived so we just went to bed as we we’re very tired. The room was in the attic so the en-suite shower had a awkward ceiling had to bend your neck to get into shower not very practical.Went in for breakfast the area was very cold same as night before, breakfast came looked nice but wasn’t very warm the coffee from the machine was just warm, it was a shame as the food was nice and perfect poached eggs but food needs to be hot.The hotel & restaurant was very quiet so couldn’t blame it being to busy

First time in Wetherspoons. Group of us including a few children, wanted somewhere inexpensive and I was astonished. Lovely building. Helpful staff. Sirloin steak was really nice and incredible value. I ordered drinks from the bar, and before serving them the manager explained that a drink is included with the meal. He let me cancel the order so he saved me a few quid. Also using the app to order means that we did not leave a tip, which I regret. We had a great time; stayed as long as we wanted; can't speak highly enough. Thank you.

My friend and I went for breakfast on Sunday, the wait was extensive, however the lady behind the bar did not disclose the lengthy wait time. After a time a member of staff then came to say that it wasn't possible for my friend to have her order as there were no eggs. So she changed her order. We had been waiting for almost an hour when we decided to go elsewhere so I approached the bar staff who said that it's a long wait time and that our breakfast was coming out next. Had she told us that in the first instance we would have had the option to try somewhere else. Our breakfast came the eggs were rubber, the bacon was cold, and the hash browns were tepid the sausages were warm.It was the worst breakfast ever, and as my friend had to get to work we had to eat what we could and go.Had there been more staff, the bar staff may have been informative and a nasty breakfast could have been avoided, there wasn't a huge amount of people being served.More staff definitely needed.

Nice setting and excellent value food. I think they were having staffing problems day we went in which I'm not going to hold against any business at the moment. Staff were working hard and got the job done. Picture of Wiltshire ham, egg and chips plus additional coleslaw (which tasted great) and a picture of view from my seat - nice.

Food and drinks were brought to us very quickly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Can't beat the value for money here!
