The Little Dessert Shop in Wiltshire

Lovely, decadent desserts but very limited for allergies or intolerances. I couldn't have the dairy sides so asked to swap them for vegan ice cream and charged me for 2 desserts!

I went there despite the bad reviews and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was smiley and ice cream was tasty.They have very nice cheesecakes too, I'll definitely go back.

A real shame - we had been looking so forward to visiting the little dessert shop. We arrived 2 hours before closing time and were told we couldn't sit down, we had to order our food and take it home. There were so many tables free, but it seemed like they were trying to clear the place out? We sat and waited for our food and it felt as though the employees who worked there were starring and talking about people in the dessert shop. Just a cold atmosphere, which is a real shame because they do great food and the interior is very quirky.

What an absolute shame that they provide such lovely food, you just can't bloody order it!!!! Their website is impossible to navigate, can't get into your order basket let alone change anything or even place an order to collect. Advertising just eat but don't use it, deliveroo stating 80min wait. No wonder their Google stars are so low. Obviously no interest in changing that. Oh well, I'll order something else.

Very disappointed. Wish I could leave 0 stars.Went here with my family for a nice day out, and we were everything but pleased.We ordered 2 naughty brownies, an American brownie, a waffle,  2 coffees and 3 cookies and cream hot chocolates and they were so unpleasant.The brownies were very plain and came with nothing that was stated on the menu  and the coffee was cold, the hot chocolate didn't taste any different then a normal one. And when we asked about the custard,chocolate and strawberrys for the brownies and why it wasn't there,they said you have to order separately so we asked the man behind the counter and he brang over the custard, chocolate and strawberry that were promised. Still for the money that was given for the food, it was an disappointment.Also unkind staff, you felt watched,felt unwelcome and staff talked and laughed about you behind your back. loud  music that gave you a headacheI wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

we turned up because we had never heard of it before and wanted to try it. the service was absolutely appalling, we stood for nearly an hour waiting to be served an not word was said to us not even "i will be with you in a minute", it was absolutely disgraceful. we eventually walked out because we did not want to wait to be served any longer. should not have to wait an hour to be served, it wasn't even busy!

Been twice, both terrible experiences. Won’t go back again.First time we were told that we couldn’t eat in because they closed in an hour and didn’t want to clean up.Second time, we were told again that we can’t eat in because the dishwasher was broken (even though there was already other people sitting in there eating).Rude staff both time. Stale cake. Won’t be fooled a third time.

Have been here a few times, never been disappointed by the food. Unfortunately today the staff were openly swearing behind the counter in front of children inside the restaurant. Was also offered kitchen roll as they had run out of toilet roll. Toilets were dirty and the cleaning schedule posted up was from February!

Delcicious food but we waited 5 minutes to be seated then over 40 minutes for our food. And as soon as the boss came in they started working a lot faster. So either fire them or set up cameras to watch their extremely slow service and them not even being polite. However, the boss was very nice.

Building was falling apart and the service wasn't the best. Polite staff. Ordered a crepe with custard (not in picture) and raspberries- which were moldy. Last time I came it was in good condition but has deteriorated since.
