Lovely quiet pub with nice relaxing ambience, great food and friendly staff. A very pleasant experience and convenient for anyone that is going to Castle Combe race circuit. High quality food at a reasonable price.

This was a random discovery whilst on our way home the other day. Beautiful place, excellent food, very cosy, fresh looking and with capacity to stay over in a handful of rooms.

Our 2nd visit for early dinner with our young Son. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Food is very good. Their burger is superb! Great attention to detail and one of the best pints of ale I’ve had in years. We will 100% return next time we’re seeing family in the area. Highly recommend!

Amazing rooms, modern comfortable and clean. It is located in a small peaceful village. There is no traffic and noises, you enjoy a peaceful night sleep. The manager is very friendly and helpful. Definetly I will visit this place again.

Love their newly renovated rooms, everything is so fresh and nicely done. The accommodation is like a row of bed room with individual external entrance. The provide baby cot and free parking, great for our family trip. They also provide fantastic breakfasts, and you get free breakfast if you book with them direct.

Fantastic homely place to stop. Although on this occasion I didn't eat in the pub, the food has always been delicious, and nothing seems too much trouble for the staff.The rooms are great, warm, with a great shower room, and I would recommend to anyone.

Rooms great, clean and VERY warm. Fairly priced too..What does set this place apart is the food... wow.. stayed for 2 nights, didn't go elsewhere for food.Don't expect it to be cheap, yes, you could get something a fiver cheaper elsewhere... but would it be as nice as this, I very much doubt it.Eat here... just do it

Amazing service, the stay there was so perfect. The room was clean and beautiful, comfortable too. You have everything you need and the room was really warm the whole night. Fully recommend, people are so lovely

Calve's liver was chosen by 2 of our group and they kept saying how delicious it was. The whole dining experience was wonderful. 10/10

It was absolutely beautiful! The location the rooms and the service all wonderful. The food was so homemade and amazing quality. We stayed 4 nights and I would highly recommend.
