Brilliant Meal for 5 last night. Surf & Turf was tremendous. Tender Steak cooked perfectly, enormous prawns too! Busy with great service.

Lovely pub, and the food judged by our first visit is not to be missed. Had good old pie and chips and as you can see its a feast for the eyes. The triple cooked chips were divine and the pie was just amazing, lovely tender meat beautiful pastry...you could not ask for more plus excellent service. We hope to return soon, highly recommended

A great discovery. Very warm and friendly welcome. Great staff and banter. Open fires burning well in all rooms. A diners pub. Had a delicious evening meal. It's a Wadsworth pub with a difference. The beer is served direct from barrels behind the bar.Highly recommended.

Very cosy surroundings, with a roaring fire in each room. Very friendly and attentive staff who are happy to pass the time of day with you. And the food..... fantastic is an understatement. So tasty, so well presented, and the dessert was sheer heaven.I've not enthused so much about a meal out before this and I'd be more than happy to return. Top marks and thank you to all the staff at The Raven.

Stopped here for a refreshing drink on a walk. They were really friendly and didn't expect us to take our boots off. There's a great selection of drinks and they have a large beer garden with plenty of benches.

A fantastic evening at the Raven. Lynne and staff looked after us all night. Food was amazing with a chef that knows how to tempt your taste buds from the off. Would I go back again, just try and stop me!!!!

My husband and I visited for lunch today. We were amazed at the quality of the food - so much so that we’re already planning a second visit to try more of the menu. The Raven itself has a lovely cosy feel with a modern twist. The atmosphere was enhanced by the friendly staff.

Went for a lovely meal here with friends, it’s an alacarte menu so portions are smaller than your usual pub meal.Prices are on the high side, On average a meal is roughly around £15-£20But nevertheless it was delicious. We also had pudding.Staff were very friendly and helpful, and parking was easy as they have a large car park out the front. It’s an old English pub so very cosy and traditional, I even spotted a big fire place which would be lovely in the winter.Overall I was very impressed and I will definitely go back.Booking is advisable.
