Utter disappointment. Stopped by for lunch I waited by the sign to be seated the waitress comes over hands me a menu and says âorder at the counterâ and walked away I had to shout after her asking if I could sit anywhere then? She replied yes. I sat down and almost fainted at the prices 90% of the menu was ÂŁ10 jacket potato ÂŁ10 salad ÂŁ10, but I just assumed addition was not their strong point so kept it simple. I queued at the counter as I went to say my order the woman replied âno foodâ it took me a second to comprehend what she was saying surely if theyâd stopped serving food the waitress could have told me that before handing me a menu. Although Iâm glad I didnât need to take out a second mortgage to eat there I am really dissatisfied with the service and communication of the staff. As I was leaving another couple came in and they were told before theyâd even stepped inside surely I deserved the same courtesy they did.

Fabulous! We dropped in for lunch - fish finger sandwich and coronation chicken sandwich, beautiful presented with a generous dressed side salad and delicious bread. The staff were lovely, service was great and the place was spotless.COVID wise, tables are reasonable well spaced, sneeze screen at counter and staff wore masks when serving at the table, so really happy to be in theređ

Came here on a Sunday. Caught the market here as nothing else was open ÂŁ7 for a pathetic cheese and pickle baguette with more pickle than cheese. Service was ok, just an ultra rip off. Overpriced and under-delivering. Left to see the sign âbusiness for saleâ. Think theyâve given up

I was there yesterday with my mum, sister and 2 year old daughter. We had four lunches. The food was not good. My toddler had chicken nuggets and chips. The chips tasted like theyâd been fried in old oil, also nothing healthy to go with it e.g. peas. There were also issues with the salad that my mum had ordered. At the end of our meal, we asked if we could have some tap water for my 2 year oldâs drink bottle. The lady said they were not allowed and told us to get it from the sink in the toilet. I didnât as thought it was a bit gross to put a babyâs drink bottle where people wash their hands after theyâve been to the toilet. Why could you not have given us a glass of water so we could pour it ourselves into the bottle? If it is Covid related you touched the rest of our food and drinks, so it is illogical. If itâs because the cafe is unlicensed, I think itâs pretty tight considering we had paid for four lunches and drinks. This is the first establishment I have ever been refused tap water. They also insisted that ALL of us had to write our contact details in the book on arrival. It was unwelcoming, food wasnât good and the staff were unhelpful. None of us liked the attitude of this place and we wonât be coming back.

I wanted the hummus and red pepper sandwich, but they were out of hummus... so I just had the Very Berry Smoothie containing blackberries, strawberries and raspberries. I quite liked that. Tangy and thick and didnât taste watered down.FIL enjoyed his bold cappuccino. âHot and strong,â according to him.The cafe is a little pricey. Also, if you want your sandwich bread toasted, thereâs a 30p charge. A bit unnecessary, in my opinion.

Busy little tea shop in the centre of Bradford. The food was all pretty tasty with some of it quite reasonable and some of it a little expensive (see picture of menu and make up your own mind). They kind enough to make a small adjustment to my order after theyâd brought it to the table, but there were several menu items that were unavailable when we tried to order them. A small inconvenience, but bear it in mind when you visit.

There is a lot of great competition in BOA. It's really good, probably the fastest service in town, the quality is all good and it's clean and warm. I'd certainly go again, reasonably pricing too.

Well I must say I was extremely pleased. I rarely visit somewhere and have nothing to grumble about. Staff are very friendly and made the visit pleasurable for my 3 year old. food was a fresh as it could be. All cooked to perfection. Not a spec of dirt anywhere. A nice background ambience for a relaxing atmosphere.A very happy 10/10 from us... Thankyou to all who work here.We have found a new place for our afternoon lunches and snacks.

Don't know why we've missed this place before but we're glad we went this time. With plenty of seating inside and out, it's near the main road going through the town so outside can get busy but it compensates with the view of the bridge. We only had a tea and cake but looking through the menu we'll have to come back and try the food out, we gotta say the cake we had was soooo nice. We can't complain at all about our visit, very pleasant owners ( I presume) and l the place was nice and clean .. can't wait to come back and give it another go đđ
