I love this restaurant, I wish I lived closer!The staff are charming and the Sunday roast is honestly, one of the best I have tasted. The portions sizes are very generous, the belly of pork was cooked to perfection and the roast potatoes were as good as my Mother used to cook and that, is a big compliment!Thank you for a lovely meal in excellent surroundings. Oh and, they are dog friendly which is always as bonus!Ps I love the artwork!

First night open with new owners, the pub looks fantastic and has a lovely country feel. The staff are welcoming, the food was delicious and well presented. Will be going back very soon to try more!

Lovely food at the wheatsheaf, in a nice atmosphere. The tostada was particularly nice and a bit different for a village pub. They also did a beef chili and vegetarian tostadas.

Absolutely lovely little pub, dog friendly, amazing staff and food. Our first time in this part of the UK and we received such a warm welcome from everybody here.

Wonderful village pub - hidden away.Very warm welcome.Clean fresh bright.Tasty Menu - good value.Great to stop here for lunch on our bike ride - the landlord was more than happy for us to recharge our e-bike batteries.
