Excellent food and service, we'll definitely return. By far the best Indian restaurant in this area.

What a find. New to the area, I was desperate to find a good Indian restaurant. I'm used to the 'British' Indian takeaway experience of overly rich, sugary sauces and was intrigued by previous reviews speaking of the authentically Indian food. I booked a table and wasn't disappointed. Small restaurant, full to the brim (which is a good sign) friendly and attentive staff, and absolutely delicious food. My wife and I had a starter of mixed meat and seafood, which came served with a selection of tasty sauces. Followed by the 'Zaika Special' which was a creamy, relatively mild curry full of flavor. All in all the cost was also incredibly reasonable. I will absolutely be back and look forward to tasting more from the extensive menu.

Had a fantastic meal last night 19/6/21. There were all the classics but some really different specials. We both went for the seafood option and both were fantastic. It was good value and the staff were superb. I actually think this is the best curry I have had and I am from Leicester !!. If you are visiting the area, make sure you give it a try and if you are local, I am so jealous

Excellent food, they really do offer some different high quality cuisine - excellent quality. Also great wine available by the bottle. Try the Shashlik dishes(dry no sauce) excellent low carb option and the mixed starter to share.

I have been in the UK for more than 20 years now. Being originally from India, I never had a great experience in any Indian cuisine restaurant here in the UK. They all try to bring a weird taste to Indian cuisine thinking that would cater well to British and migrated Asian palate better.But I have to admit that I had an amazing experience and joy when I visited The Zaika Inn at Marlborough last week. The food is simply mind-blowing! You can rarely get this sort of fabulous food even in extremely high-end 5 star hotels and restaurants in India. The taste, presentation and quality of service was exemplary. The menu is so original and food is prepared with fresh, authentic spices. I even had the privilege of talking to the owner and Chef, Mr Biswas. He is such a passionate restaurateur. His love for cooking and serving his customers is easily palpable and that is the USP of The Zaika Inn. I strongly recommend this restaurant to all. If you have not visited this place then you have not tasted 'real' Indian cuisine.
